WHAT DID I MAINLY DO - To ensure that all deposit recevid must be spin counted(100%) before amalgamate into ATM floats. - To highlight to Branch Manager if there have any discrepancy noted during spin counting process for claims purposes within 24 hours. - To ensure that any soiled, mutilated, forgery and old deno. Notes are kept separately from ATM fit notes. Unused cash is to be kept inside a dedicated cabinet to minimize risk exposure and for immediate reaction during emergency easily pushed into Vault. - To ensure that upon reached 1 packet or 100 pcs (soiled and mutilated notes), it must be highlighted to Branch Manager for exchanging purposes to ATM fit notes with NPU. - To compare the grand total against the physical cash. After that proceed to bundle of ten packets and the loose cash put into the cabinet and seal the cabinet with the security seal and the Deposit Slip witnessed by the cashiers. o 1st and 2nd copies of the Deposit Slip will given to CPC, place at the cabinet with the security seal. o 3rd copy will be keep by CDM Balancing Unit. - To ensure that if there are no cash movement in the ATM floats (such as Bank Rakyat, Affin Bank, BMMB) for quite number of days, the recording of opening balance/closing balance still need to be done at the Cash Ledger on daily basis and initialed by the Branch Manager/ATM Manager during their daily cash count. - To ensure that ATM floats is kept inside dedicated cash cabinet/safe and it is properly locked. - To ensure that no cash borrowing between banks is practiced.

WHAT DID I MAINLY DO - There must be to cashier involved in the loading process. - To prepare the ATM Cash Packing List for each ATM Replenishment bag based on ATM Replenishment Order (RO) received. - To prepare red and blue security seal for ATM cassettes and white security for the canvas bag and trigon bags. - To prepare sufficient ATM cassettes and white security for the accurate denomination, properly lebeled and they are dedicated to the bank and location (only applicable to certain location) - Ensure that all ATM cassettes, trigon bag and canvas bag are empty before loading. - To ensure if any cassettes that are not fit-for-use are to be segregated from the useable cassettes and weekly to be sent to CMU HQ for repair. - To ensure that the arrangement of all ATM machines that require dedicated cassettes according to list. - Label new cassettes with the specified Bank Name, Location, ATM machine, deno and type (NCR/Wincor/etc) correctly as specified by the banks.

WHAT DID I MAINLY DO - Two Cashiers (cashier and senior cashier) must perform balancing on every return ATM bags by first checking the security seal and the condition of ATM bag. - To break the security seal of trigon bag and obtain the ATM Packing Kist/ATM Balancing Register, purge bin money, ATM host receipt (loading/unloading), retained card (if any) and back-up diskette. - To ensure the trigon bag is empty by pull the said trigon bag inside-out and show it to CCTV camera for 5 seconds. - Segregate any faulty cassettes found. - Count the purge bin money and write the amount at the ATM Balancing Register. - To compare the security seal number of ATM cassettes against the security seal number stated at the ATM Balancing Register. - Rubber stamp the ATM Returned Cash stamp at the ATM Balancing Register. - Add the total pieces for 1st, 2nd and 3rd ATM cassettes (RM50 deno) which were recorded earlier and write the amount at the ATM Balancing Register. For 4th ATM cassette (RM 10 deno). - Add the total cash returned from all the ATM cassettes with total cash returned from purge bin to obtain the total physical cash returned from the aid ATM site. - To compare the total physical cash returned against the cash returned figure stated at ATM Host Receipt. - Report the cash discrepancy noted.(if any) - Sign the ATM Balancing Register with the time and date recorded. - Place the empty ATM cash xassettes, empty trigon bag and empty canvas bag at the dedicated area for checking by Senior Cashier before it can be recycled by ATM Loading unit. - To highlight to cashier for any suspicious cassettes found, the back shutter open, security seal broken, etc and show to CCTV camera.

WHAT DID I MAINLY DO - Upon completion of ATM balancing process for one bank, i.e 6 bags of MBB, compile the ATM Balancing Register for all 6 sites. - Fill-up the information required at ATM Balancing Summary Register for all 6 sites. - Add the total cash returned from both denominations, i.e RM50 and RM10 and write the grand total accordingly. - Amalgamate the physical cash returned from all 6 sites. - Attach label (pieces and amount) to the loose packet for both denomination, i.e RM50 and RM10. - Compare the physical cash returned (amalgamated) against the total cash returned stated at ATM Balancing Summary Register. - Fill-up the CP8 form (2copies) for physical returned to be handed-over to the Cash Custodian and call executive/Senior Cashier for verification. - Sign the CP8 form with time and date recorded (Both cashier and ATM Executive/Senior Cashier).
