1) Portable Cabin DESIGN FEATURES

CABIN SIZE :10' X10' X 8' 20' X 10' X 8' 30' X 10' X 8' 40' X 10' X 8'

Flooring Frame:Frame made of 150mmX75mm I Channel with Channel grid of 100mm x 50mm, 18mm Marine plywood fixed on this Grid with 1.3mm vinyl carpet.

Roof Frame: Top outer curved type of MS 18g plain sheet welded with MS frame, structure top inner decorated with 9 mm thick laminated board.

Exterior Walls: 18g MS specially corrugated sheet welded on Roof and Flooring frame. Wall coated with two coats of red oxide from both sides and all components are primed with two coats of epoxy paints from outside. Color of your choice.

Interior Walls: Interior Walls insulated with Glass Wool, 50mm thick. Inside paneling of 9mm (MDF), Laminate Finish, and Color of your choice. Powder coated aluminum section used on all joints of panels. 20mmX20mm aluminum angel fixed on corner joints of wall paneling and roof paneling.

Interior Roof:Interior Roof Insulated with Glass Wool of 50mm thickness. Inside Roof Paneling of 9mm (MDF), Laminate Finish White Color.

Powder coated aluminum section used on all joints of panels. 20mmX20mm aluminum angel fixed on corner joints of wall paneling and roof paneling.

Partition Walls :All partition walls Frame made out of 50mm x 50mm sq.pipes 9mm paneling of MDF on both sides of wall, with concealed wiring and concealed switch socket board.

Doors :Corrugated Ms sheet frame work by 30mmX30mm sq.pipe for external wall & inner wall made by 9mm laminated board with insulation and with standard hardware.

Electrical :Branded Electrical Concealed Wiring, Switches & Sockets. Tube lights Cabin size :-20x 3nos / 30x 4nos / 40x 6nos, Fans Cabin size :- 20 x 2nos / 30 x 3nos / 40x 4nos, 15amp AC socket 1 Nos. Main Board with MCB.

Windows :3X3 windows shall be aluminum swing doors, with black powder coating & grill, glass will b clear or dark float.

structural members are steel with a rust retardant finish. Walls, ceiling and floor have a solid impact resistant core.

Windows and sliding doors are aluminum finish swing doors are commercial grade steel. Pre-Engineered cabin systems can be used for a wide variety of applications:Offices / Conference Rooms / Lunch/Break Rooms / Control Rooms / Enclosure Pre-Engineered Cabins feature several advantages over traditional "stick-built" and block construction. The cabins are engineered for easy installation and relocation.

Flexibility - The wall panels and framework are pre- finished creating a system which is
100% reusable. This makes modifying and expanding existing offices quick and easy. Pre-engineered Krafts wall systems allow for multiple configurations including two-storey offices, load-bearing systems and single person portable offices.

Exterior Walls :12mm Bison Panel Fitted on MS Frame. Wall coated with two coats Primer from both sides and two coats of synthetic enamel satin finish paint from outside and inside. Colour of your choice.
