This letter is to request access to records in the possession of the Hermosa Beach City School District for purpo se of inspection and copying, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Gov ernment Code Section 6250 et seq. The records I am see ing are: * Access to and copies of the district policy on teacher conduct * The policy for reporting and investigating claims of misconduct * The status of any and all investigations into teacher misconduct dating bac t o the 2006-07 school year * Copies of any forms sent to the state demanding the revocation of teacher cred entials due to misconduct dating bac to the 2006-07 school year. In the interest of public disclosure, I expect any and all fees to be waived. If my request is denied in whole or part, I as that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
