0 Introduction: This report was written for the partial fulfillment of our Management-351 course entitled “Human Resource Management” which is a core course in B. the scope is there for individuals to improve themselves and keep themselves up-to-date with the advancement of the corporate world by following our report. This report gave the opportunity to teach us the real impact of human resource management activities in an organization which helped us to understand the depth of the topic more and to connect the theory with our real life implications. Labor Market Analysis: Labor market analysis means to find out the supply and demand of talents in the labor market. Ethical issues: The interviewer should be aware of the ethical issues. However. Target Role Analysis: Target role analysis means to analyze the job duties and responsibilities that the selected person will have to perform. Demographic Condition: This means to find out the condition of the country. The interviewer should not be biased on any circumstances. So. The target role analysis is more like the job analysis thing. It is very to plan a thing before executing it. Before the interview starts it is very important to do some research about these issues as it will give the interviewer an overall idea of the current situation. In this planning process the interviewer have to know about some important issues. These things are also very important to know as an interviewer and specially if you want to be a successful one. before the interview starts you have to be sure about these things in your mind. what is the average age etc.
