TODAYS FOCUS Divine Mercy Sunday: To question and doubt is okay, as long as we do not stay in such a state. By persisting in faith and seeking the truth, we can resolve our doubts and grow in our spirituality. If we look through the lens of faith, we can come to a deeper and clearer understanding of the truth, and open ourselves to Gods grace to help us see His goodness. STEWARDSHIP REFLECTION Through scripture we learn the lessons Jesus taught and we see how the early church lived those lessons. Our first reading today describes the commitment to each other experienced by the initial community of believers. Each person offered his possessions for the benefit of all and therefore no one had to do without. This community was living the lesson taught by Jesus when he gave thanks and multiplied the loaves and fishes. May we be grateful to God for every blessing and strive to share it for the good of the kingdom.
Please remember to name Our Lady of Lourdes or St. Marys Colgan Schools in your will. May we leave a legacy of faith and education for the generations to come. Please consider informing Fr. Mike or the parish office of your legacy plans,
