END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR MYTHICSOFT AGENT RANSACK ("AGENT RANSACK") IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING

THIS SOFTWARE. This end-user licence agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legally binding agreement bet ween you (an individual, corporate entity, partnership or other natural or artif icial person as applicable) (hereinafter referred to as "LICENSEE" or "YOU") and Mythicsoft Limited ("MYTHICSOFT") a limited company registered in the United Ki ngdom, concerning the licensing and use of the software identified above, which includes computer programming code and may include associated media, printed mat erials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, "SOFTWARE"). By cl icking on the "I ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT" option below, or by installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, YOU agree to be bound by the provisions of this AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree to the provisions of this AGREEMENT, YOU are not permitted to use the SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is protected by domestic, national, supranational and international copyright laws as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SO FTWARE is licensed to YOU, not sold. This AGREEMENT covers the use and distribution of all existing, current and prev ious versions of "AGENT RANSACK". 1. LICENCE MYTHICSOFT, the author and owner of "AGENT RANSACK" (the SOFTWARE, as defined ab ove), grants YOU the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SOFTWARE o n any number of hardware machines ("MACHINE"). "USE" means storing, loading, in stalling, executing and/or displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the SOFTW ARE or disable any licensing or control features of the SOFTWARE except as an in tended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features or functionality. 2. OWNERSHIP The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted and/or patented by MYTHICSOFT. YOUR licenc e confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE. MYTHICSOFT reserves all rights in the SOFTWA RE save as expressly granted to YOU in this AGREEMENT. 3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. YOU may not do any of the following: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the SOFTWARE, or a uthorize or procure any third party to do any of the foregoing, save to the exte nt permitted by applicable law (ii) modify, or create derivative works based upo n the SOFTWARE, in whole or in part; (iii) distribute copies of the SOFTWARE; (i v) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE; or (v) resell, leas e, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the SOFTWARE. T he SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be sep arated for use. 4. WARRANTY MYTHICSOFT warrants that it has title to and/or the authority to grant licences

of the SOFTWARE. MYTHICSOFT does not warrant that the SOFTWARE will meet YOUR re quirements. MYTHICSOFT further does not warrant that the operation of the SOFTWA RE will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all SOFTWARE errors will be corr ected. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranti es, express and implied, including any implied conditions of satisfactory qualit y and fitness for purpose. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. MYTHICSOFT's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligenc e is not excluded or limited. MYTHICSOFT's liability under or in connection wit h this agreement (whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount paid or payable by YOU under the provisions of this AG REEMENT for the SOFTWARE or services in relation to which the claim arises or mi ght arise. In no event shall MYTHICSOFT be liable under or in relation to this AGREEMENT or its subject matter (whether such liability arises due to negligence , breach of contract, misrepresentation or for any other reason) for any loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of turnover, loss of bargain, loss of opportunity, loss of computer equipment, loss of software or data, wasted management or othe r staff time, losses or liabilities under or in relation to any other contract o r any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage. For the purposes of th is section the term 'loss' includes a partial loss or reduction in value as well as a complete or total loss. 6. DISTRIBUTION MYTHICSOFT grants non-profit distribution rights to any company/individual wishi ng to distribute, without charge, the COMPLETE "AGENT RANSACK" INSTALLATION FILE S. Any distribution MUST include ALL original INSTALLATION FILES without modific ations or additions. Registration keys, or any other means of bypassing the lice nse, must NOT be included as part of the distribution. Unless explicit permission is requested and granted by the author ("MYTHICSOFT") "AGENT RANSACK" may not be distributed for profit in any form. 7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Technical Support ("SUPPORT") for the SOFTWARE is provided at the sole discretio n of MYTHICSOFT. All SUPPORT requests must be submitted in English. The provisio n of SUPPORT does not imply or guarantee that reported faults or errors in the S OFTWARE will be corrected. 8. PUBLICITY / REFERENCES You agree that MYTHICSOFT may include YOUR name and corporate logo in its publis hed customer list. MYTHICSOFT will not disclose any confidential information ob tained in relation to your deployment of the SOFTWARE or any other special terms agreed between MYTHICSOFT and you. 9. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, MYTHICSOFT may terminate this AGREEMENT i f YOU are in breach of any of its provisions. Upon notification of such terminat ion, YOU must, and agree to, destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its c omponent parts.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire AGREEMENT between YOU and MYTHICSOFT. It supersedes any prio r agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject m atter of this licence. Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies YOUR acceptance of the terms and con ditions of this AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree with such terms and conditions o r if they conflict with YOUR local laws, YOU must remove SOFTWARE files from YOU R storage devices and cease to use the product. The provisions of this licence and the SOFTWARE interface design are subject to change in future versions of the SOFTWARE. 11. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION This AGREEMENT shall be governed and construed under the laws of England and Wal es. In no event shall this AGREEMENT be governed by the United Nations Conventio n on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute between the par ties concerning this AGREEMENT shall be determined by the English courts, and t he parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for that purpose. *** END OF END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ***
