Mr. Hamid Raza Sherazi is an experienced Strategy & Change professional having in-depth expertise in the analysis of business problems and development & deployment of plans for improvement. He has vast experience working in diverse sectors for various multi-national organizations. His wide network of professionals and business associates in UAE, comprising Pakistani and Western expatriates alike gives him exclusivity when it comes to engaging the right resources to resolve business issues. Mr. Junaid Khan Jadoon has over 10 years of experience in core consulting. He has worked with IBM GBS, Bestway group , Deloitte & TAG group. His specialties include merger and acquisition advisory, transaction advisory, devising cross border tax optimization strategies, taxation and fiscal planning, project financing, corporate restructurings, due diligences and feasibility studies, devising financial revival strategies, Solution Design and Deployment and Project Management. Mr. Junaid is a certified PMP and a professional accountant. Mr. Kaleem Ashraf has over 10 years of experience in fiscal planning and taxation advisory. He has worked with Deloitte, Moors Rowland International and Bestway Group. His specialties include taxation planning, taxation advisory and advocacy, devising cross border tax optimization strategies and transaction structuring. Mr. Kaleem is a qualified Chartered Accountant.


Mr. Khurram Shahzad is a senior professional having a broad range of skills that includes BPO services, Business Process Reengineering, HR Administrative operations, People Management, Project Management, Process Improvement and Shared Services Center implementation. He has served back-office of SNL Financial LC , a leading information service provider, in senior management capacity for over six years. Shahzads experience profile places him at a unique position to offer business solutions pertaining people and processes. Ms. Itrat Batool is MBA Finance, with three years banking experience. She has been involved in transaction structuring and analyzing risk profiles for clients during her stay with Allied Bank for arrangement of project and corporate finance . She also holds degree in Bachelors of Computer Sciences and is a CFA Level-I qualified. Mr. Raja Mobeen Ahmed is offering more than 18 years of administrative policy and implementation experience in security/staff management. He has over the years successfully envisioned, formulated and implemented policies, legislation, regulations in both management and advisory capacity. Also an expert in security and crises management, having sound experience in analyzing, planning, designing and implementing policies and operational manuals in various public and private sector organizations. He holds a masters in Business Administration.

Dr. Mirza Jameel Yousaf
Dr. Jameel served armed forces in Pakistan for over 33 years. During his tenure, he worked on various international projects related to defense, security, energy, environment and technology. He also got the opportunity to work with Pakistans top research organizations. He is one of pioneers who set up National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad. He is on visiting faculty of Center for Advance Studies in Engineering (CASE), Islamabad since 2006. He is currently serving as CEO of TEKNOCON, a Technology Consulting company specializing in Bullet Proof Vehicles Design & Manufacturing. Dr. Jameel is a professional engineer having PhD in Mechanical Engineering from United States.

Mr. Irshad is one of the senior members of our team. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of teaching and consulting. His areas of expertise include Total Quality Management, Performance Measurement of the public and private sector organizations, Technology enabled services, Research methodologies and contracting, processing & execution of engineering projects. He is a mechanical engineer by profession and a PhD scholar.
