Due Date: Any working day between 01/05/2009 and 17/07/2009 for Monsoon Semester.

III.

Mode of Payment

A. Payment may be made only by crossed Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of WBNUJS STUDENTSFEE A/C payable at KOLKATA. B. NUJS Branch of Corporation Bank will receive payment through prescribed challans filled in quadruplicate. Students are advised to collect copies of challans from the Accounts Department.

C. Foreign/NRI sponsored students, who pay Tuition Fee in USD, should use two separate set of challans forms, one for the rupee and other for the dollar payment. D. Bank, after due acknowledgement of having received the tendered amount, will immediately return to the payee two parts of the quadruplicate challans. While the STUDENTS COPY will be retained by the student, the ACCOUNTS COPY shall be returned to Accounts Office immediately for recording the payment of dues. Until the copy of Challan is received back, the Fee Account will reckon the concerned student as defaulter. E. Students availing bank loans shall duly notify their bankers individually to ensure settlement of dues by the prescribed date. F. If a student fails to pay the annual fees by due date in the prescribed manner, he/she shall be held as defaulter and forfeit the right to attend classes, which may be restored only after complying with the due process of readmission.

G. All delayed payments, will attract delay fine of Rs. 100 per week or part thereof.

H. Students are requested to bring the contents of this notice to their parents / guardians, to whom no separate communication will be made.
