For the Record Freeman Jane of the Family Doe claims the Right and hereby makes the record clear that the Defendants persistent attempt and request for a dismissal to deny a people the Right to a common law tribunal as protected by the Constitution for the United States of America 7th Amendment, is hereby denied. 1. For the Record Freeman Jane of the Family Doe hereby states as fact that the nonlegal lawful venue demanded by the flesh and blood woman, Freeman Doe, must be honored by the Defendants and the Officers working for this venue; using coercion to force Freeman Doe to RE-present herself as a legal fiction for the convenience of the

attorneys would be a violation of the original 13th Amendment barring titles of nobility and an overt act of fraud on the sovereign people. 2. For the Record Freeman Jane of the Family Doe hereby claims as fact that the defendants have accused Freeman Doe of violating statutes; all Municipal, State and United States rules/codes/statutes require the consent of the people and Freeman Doe, which, in spite of the continued coercion and unlawful imprisonment, the Defendants have not obtained from Freeman Doe 3. For the Record Freeman Jane of the Family Doe hereby claims that there is more than enough cause for this case to move forward, herein listed for your reference. The fact remains that the lawful venue rightfully demanded by Freeman Doe requires a common law grand jury to be convened to act as the tribunal in this matter, not a Judge and/or Judge Magistrate or any other officer acting under Color of Law and under corporate Legal Law. 4. For the Record Freeman Jane of the Family Doe hereby claims & enters into evidence and the public record for the jury the following federal statutes as well as sources of the peoples common law, which the Defendants have failed to honor and have violated: Holy Scriptures including the Bible Magna Carta of 1215 Declaration of the thirteen united States of America The Articles of Confederation The Constitution for the united States of America

Federal Statutes
a. All government is by the consent of the people who ordain it. Defendants under color of law have coerced their corporate rules onto a non-statutory, noncorporate, non-ctional real woman. The esh and blood woman, Freeman Doe, was not born in the ctional statutory United States. Freeman Doe is not a legal ction. Freeman Doe has never consented to be, because it is IMPOSSIBLE TO BE, a person that is subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

TITLE 8 USC 1401 - NATIONALS AND CITIZENS OF UNITED STATES AT BIRTH The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; TITLE 42 USC--THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE CHAPTER 21--CIVIL RIGHTS SUBCHAPTER I--GENERALLY Sec. 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer's judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

b. Defendants seek immunity when, in fact, the flesh and blood woman, Freeman Doe, is the one who is immune from their territorial jurisdiction. The United States is a corporation. The real land on which Freeman Doe stands is ontologically foreign to the fictional corporate United States. It is therefore foreign to the Federal or State jurisdiction and is immune.

TITLE 28--JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE PART VI--PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 176--FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE SUBCHAPTER A--DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS Sec. 3002. Definitions (14) State'' means any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, or any territory or possession of the United States. (15) ``United States'' means-(A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.

c. Rights granted to the legal fiction aka persons are a subset of the Rights of the flesh and blood free people. Defendants have violated Freeman Does legal rights, which the free people also must lawfully enjoy. TITLE 42--THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE CHAPTER 21--CIVIL RIGHTS SUBCHAPTER IGENERALLY Sec. 1985. Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights (2) Obstructing justice; intimidating party, witness, or juror If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire to deter, by force, intimidation, or threat, any party or witness in any court of the United States from attending such court, or from testifying to any matter pending therein, freely, fully, and truthfully, or to injure such party or witness in his person or property on account of his having so attended or testified, or to influence the verdict, presentment, or indictment of any grand or petit juror in any such court, or to injure such juror in his person or property on account of any verdict, presentment, or indictment lawfully assented to by him, or of his being or having been such juror; or if two or more persons conspire for the purpose of impeding, hindering, obstructing, or defeating, in any manner, the due course of justice in any State or Territory, with intent to deny to any citizen the equal protection of the laws, or to injure him or his property for lawfully enforcing, or attempting to enforce, the right of any person, or class of persons, to the equal protection of the laws;

d. Defendants are attempting to violate the free peoples inviolate Right by requesting a dismissal. FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE VI. TRIALS Rule 38. Jury Trial of Right (a) Right Preserved. The right of trial by jury as declared by the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution or as given by a statute of the United States shall be preserved to the parties inviolate.

Holy Scriptures including the Bible.


a. "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed" John 8:36 (KJV) Freeman Doe is free by the law of God, and is being kidnapped against Gods law.

b. "We have escaped like a bird out of the fowler's snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped." Psalm 124:7 (NIV) Freeman Doe and the people were freed from the English King, now the servants are acting as the King.

c. "I will walk in freedom,for I have devoted myself to your commandments." Psalm 119:45 (NLT) Freeman Doe and the people are not devoted to any corporation rules.

d. "Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of Gods grace." Romans 6:14 (NLT) Freeman Doe has been and is being coerced into accepting the Defendants corporate Legal Law as his master above and beyond the freedom of Gods grace.

e. "But you must be careful so that your freedom does not cause others with a weaker conscience to stumble." 1 Corinthians 8:9 (NLT) Freeman Doe has been abused by the Defendants whose conscience has no room for freedom.

f. "For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NLT) Freeman Does Spirit is being crushed in prison so shell submit to corporate rule.

g. "For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But dont use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love." Galatians 5:13 (NLT) Freeman Doe attempted to use her freedom to live free and spread peace, but was met with brute force, force that requires no justification except the numbering of a corporate code.

The Magna Carta of 1215


a. The fine shall be proportional to the offense, and shall only be imposed upon testimony of non-government men. per 20. Magna Carta A freeman shall only be amerced for a small offence according to the measure of that offence. And for a great offence he shall be amerced according to the magnitude of the offence, saving his contenement; and a merchant, in the same way, saving his merchandize. And a villein, in the same way, if he fall under our mercy, shall be amerced saving his wainnage. And none of the aforesaid fines shall be imposed save upon oath of upright men from the neighbourhood. Freeman Doe has spent more than four months in prison, without a non-corporate witness and without any harm done to anyone.

The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

b. No Sheriff or other public servant may make a complaint against a Freeman in the name of the people. To "...hold the pleas of our crown" means to "...sue in the name of the king," or, in America, to "...sue in the name of the People," Per 24. Magna Carta No sheriff, constable, coroners, or other bailiffs of ours shall hold the pleas of our crown. Freeman Doe and the people have been betrayed by the Defendants by bringing charges on behalf of the corporation. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

c. Rule of eminent domain also applies to personal property, which must be paid for when taken. Per 28. Magna Carta No constable or other bailiff of ours shall take the corn or other chattels of anyone except he straightway give money for them, or can be allowed a respite in that regard by the will of the seller. Freeman Does most valuable irreplaceable personal property has been taken by the Defendants and has not been compensated for it. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

d. No one may take your horse or car without your permission. Per Magna Carta 30. No sheriff nor bailiff of ours, nor anyone else, shall take the horses or carts of any freeman for transport, unless by the will of that freeman. Freeman Doe has been coerced into not using her mode of travel unless she submits to the corporations profit schemes by force from the Defendants.

The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

e. That which belongs to a freeman may not be taken without the consent of the freeman. Per Magna Carta 31. Neither we nor our bailiffs shall take another's wood for castles or for other private uses, unless by the will of him to whom the wood belongs. Freeman Does freedom has been taken against her will by the Defendants. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

f. No one can order a freeman to surrender his Rights. Per Magna Carta 34. Henceforth the writ which is called Praecipe shall not be served on any one for any holding so as to cause a free man to lose his court. Freeman Doe has been forced by the Defendants to surrender her court, a court which she is demanding be honored in this district court. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

g. No public servant may impose on a freeman absent non-servant witnesses. Per Magna Carta 38. No bailiff, on his own simple assertion, shall henceforth put any one to his law, without producing faithful witnesses in evidence. Freeman Doe has been deprived of her freedom without lawful witnesses. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

h. One can only be put in jail if a jury of his peers puts him there under the peoples common law. Per Magna Carta 39.

No freeman shall be taken, or imprisoned, or disseized, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any way harmed--nor will we go upon or send upon him--save by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land. Freeman Jane has been imprisoned, not by a jury of any sort, but by one man acting as the jury with the blessing and assistance of the Defendants. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

i. The Right to justice is not for sale. Per Magna Carta 40. To none will we sell, to none deny or delay, right or justice. The Defendants have attempted to extract and have extracted funds from Freeman Doe under color of law. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

j. Key officials must be knowledgeable about the law, and willing to obey it. Per Magna Carta 45. We will not make men justices, constables, sheriffs, or bailiffs, unless they are such as know the law of the realm, and are minded to observe it rightly. The Defendants only know corporate Law and purposely ignore the common law which is the foundation for these united states. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

k. The grand jury is the surety of the peace. Per Magna Carta 52 If anyone shall have been disseized by us, or removed, without a legal sentence of his peers, from his lands, castles, liberties or lawful right, we shall straightway restore them to him. And if a dispute shall arise concerning this matter it shall be settled according to the judgment of the twenty-five barons who are mentioned below as sureties for the peace. But

with regard to all those things of which any one was, by king Henry our father or king Richard our brother, disseized or dispossessed without legal judgment of his peers, which we have in our hand or which others hold, and for which we ought to give a guarantee: We shall have respite until the common term for crusaders. Except with regard to those concerning which a plea was moved, or an inquest made by our order, before we took the cross. But when we return from our pilgrimage, or if, by chance, we desist from our pilgrimage, we shall straightway then show full justice regarding them. Freeman Doe has been falsely accused of harming a fictional entity. This fictional harm, according to the Defendants, is legally worthy of immediate prison sentence absent a lawful grand jury indictment or jury conviction by Freeman Does free peers. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

l. Unjust judgments are unlawful, and can be ignored or invalidated by the peoples grand jury. Per Magna Carta 55. All fines imposed by us unjustly and contrary to the law of the land, and all amerciaments made unjustly and contrary to the law of the land, shall be altogether remitted, or it shall be done with regard to them according to the judgment of the twenty five barons mentioned below as sureties for the peace, or according to the judgment of the majority of them together with the aforesaid Stephen archbishop of Canterbury, if he can be present, and with others whom he may wish to associate with himself for this purpose. And if he cannot be present, the affair shall nevertheless proceed without him; in such way that, if one or more of the said twenty five barons shall be concerned in a similar complaint, they shall be removed as to this particular decision, and in their place, for this purpose alone, others shall be substituted who shall be chosen and sworn by the remainder of those twenty five. Freeman Doe is currently being punished with a prison sentence absent a lawful tribunal conviction of any sort. The defendants actions are a violation of this Magna Carta.

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776. The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
a. All men are equal and entitled to the laws of nature and God. b. It is self-evident that all men are endowed with unalienable Rights. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Freeman Doe is entitled to the laws of nature and God and endowed with unalienable Rights which Defendants erroneously believe they can violate/deny. Defendants have violated the IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776 The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America

The Articles of Confederation


a. This confederacy is, in fact, The United States of America. Per the Articles of Confederation Article I. Article I. The Stile of this confederacy shall be, The United States of America. Freeman Doe has made it clear that the corporate rules and regulations only apply to the employees/public officers of such corporation, not the people who are protected by The United States of America. Defendants have violated the Articles of Confederation.

b. The people retain their sovereignty, freedom and independence and every power and Jurisdiction and right. Per the Articles of Confederation Article II. Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.

Freeman Doe rightfully exercised her Rights, her self-sovereignty, freedom and independence; Defendants failed to protect these Rights and instead used unlawful force to quash them. Defendants have violated the Articles of Confederation.

c. The people may come to the assistance of each other for any violation of their Rights. Per the Articles of Confederation Article III. Article III. The said states hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their Liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretence whatever. Defendants are denying Freeman Doe the benefit of a lawful jury or assistance from the people by abducting him. A jury of Freemans peers will be able to see the injustice in the Defendants actions. Defendants have violated the Articles of Confederation.

d. The people have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein the right of trade and commerce. Per the Articles of Confederation Article IV Article IV. The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union, the free inhabitants of each of these states, paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from Justice excepted, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states; and the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce, subject to the same duties, impositions and restrictions as the inhabitants thereof respectively, provided that such restrictions shall not extend so far as to prevent the removal of property imported into any state, to any other State of which the Owner is an

inhabitant; provided also that no imposition, duties or restriction shall be laid by any state, on the property of the united states, or either of them. Defendants have conspired to deny Freeman Doe her Right to ingress and regress from the neighboring states by forcefully denying her Right to travel unless Freeman Doe submits to the Defendants exactions. Defendants have violated the Articles of Confederation.

The Constitution for the United States of America


Article IV. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Freeman Does security was violated by the Defendants. Freeman Doe was arrested absent a lawful warrant. The warrant was not issued by a lawful grand jury, but instead was issued by a corporate employee who has no authority over none-corporate employees. The Warrant was not supported by Oath or affirmation. Defendants have violated this Article IV.

Article V. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Freeman Doe has been deprived of her freedom absent an indictment from a grand jury of her free peers and absent the process of a jury of her peers and absent any compensation. Defendants have violated this Article V.

Article VII. In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. Defendants have denied Freeman Doe a lawful jury per this Article VII in their corporate Court and are now attempting the same denial in this district court. Defendants have violated this Article VII.

Article VIII. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. The Defendants in collusion with others are holding Freeman Doe in Prison. This is inflicted unusual punishment since no one was hurt by Freeman Doe, no property was damaged by Freeman Doe and no fraud was committed by Freeman Doe. Defendants have violated this Article VIII.

Article IX. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. The Defendants are under the erroneous belief that the peoples Rights are only those allowed by their corporate codes; if this was so, then this would mean the people are born into corporate servitude. Freeman Does unalienable Rights have been ignored and violated by the Defendants. Defendants have violated this Article IX.

Article X. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Defendants have failed to show the powers delegated to them by the Constitution over a people and Freeman Doe. Defendants have failed to honor the powers reserved by the people and Freeman Doe. Defendants violated this Article X.

Article XIII. Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. The State of Ilusion, which is a corporation, is under the jurisdiction of the United States corporation and must therefore honor this Article XIII. Freeman Doe is being punished absent being duly convicted. Freeman Doe is also being coerced into involuntary corporate servitude. Registering ones automobile is a tax scheme. A tax is a form of servitude to the corporation receiving the tax, and must therefore be voluntary. Freeman Doe chose to exercise her Right to no longer volunteer. The Defendants in collusion with others chose to use coercion to cause Freeman Doe to volunteer; this is involuntary servitude. Defendants have violated this Article XIII. In conclusion, in order to prevent further acts of fraud on the part of the defendants, Defendants and Officers working for this venue must honor the non-legal lawful court demanded by the flesh and blood woman, Freeman Doe; using coercion to force Freeman Doe to RE-present herself as a legal fiction and subject of the corporation doing business as the State of Illusion for the convenience of the attorneys, would not only be an overt act of fraud on the people/freemen, but also of conspiracy to commit treason.
