Position Summary Responsible for participating in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and associated HR modules. Supports Oracle HRMS by assessing and assigning user security for the system as it relates to business needs, maintains system tables, performs mass transactions, provides feedback to update online help, tests system environment and provides customer support. Coordinates data entry for Oracle HRMS including day to day system and user support. Updates and develops end user training procedures/documentations and guidelines. Trains business users/employees on new systems/processes/functionality.
