1.0 INTRODUCTION: This Proposal is aimed at developing CRM Solution for Nippon Audiotronix Ltd . The proposed solution would cater to the unique requirement of automating all the major functions of Service related activities of the Organization through the CRM Solution System Modules as under:

3.0 TIME ESTIMATES The approx time estimated for the complete Project is approx. 60 working days from the Date of Placement of Work Order. 5.0 CONDITIONS & PAYMENT TERMS A. License: a. Any third party software license cost would be borne by client only. b. Sale Tax / Service Tax as per prevailing govt. rules B. Customization In case of any customization the charge would be Rs. 1000 per man-day. C. Payment Details: (i) License Fees: a. 25 % of the License fee as Advance along with Work Order. b. 60 % at the time of installation of complete solution c. 15% after the training schedule is over (ii) Customization charge: a. on fortnightly (15 days) basis D. Annual Maintenance Fees The Annual Maintenance Fees for Software shall be applicable expiry of warranty period. This AMC covers the Training, Reinstallation, Database related support and Debugging of the solution. The AMC shall be charged @ 10% of the project cost.. Other then NCR Region Visit charge would be Rs.1000/- which excludes T.A, lodging, fooding (as per actual) for outstation location which would be borne by Client.

E. Warranty The Warranty Period for the Proposed Software Solution will be one year from the date of Installation. 6.0 VALIDITY This Offer is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of Submission.
