According the information from NTDC personal, Friday night 25.02.2011 was an incident and the cb D06-Q0 tripped. During Saturday 26.02.2011 NTDC personal was metering the SF6 purity and the result was 94.1%. NTDC personal replaced the gas with new one (purity 98.1%). Customer called to inform me that there was another incident and I was on site at 20:30h. The situation was that the rupture disk of cb D06-Q0 phase A was busted. Additional I found the BB I isolating switch D01-Q1 not in definitive OFF position. With the test pin I could confirm this irregularity of isolating switch. Fact is that additional to the cb D06-Q0 the added bus bar isolating switch D06-Q1 (both phase A only) is demaged as well. NTDC needs urgent the necessary information from ALSTOM GRID which are the next steps. A 01 104 B 02 105 C 03 106
