COMPANY INTRODUCTION
RISONG POLYPIPE MANUFACTURER CO., LTD, which was founded in 1995, is one of the biggest manufacturers of
plastic pipes and fittings in China. With its factories situated in Diankou town, Risong Company has over 200
employees and more than 20,000 square meters workshops. Equipped with world advanced pipe extrusion lines and
more than 80 sets of injection machines, the companys annual output of plastics reaches over 20,000 tons, the gross
annual production value exceeds 1.0 billion yuan.

As a moderncollectivizedhi-tech enterprise, Risong company has mature techniqueadvanced production machines


professional workers, as well as strict quality control system. We have passed ISO9001:2000 certificate, ISO14001:2004
certificate for our company, and CE certificate, WRAS certificate for our products. Till now, Risong Company has
extended its business to over 30 countries and areas in the world.

Now, Risong Company provides about 150 different products of plastic pipes & fittings for water supply, water drainage,
gas delivery and under-floor heating systems, comprising four categories: HDPE pipes & fittings for water and gas,
PPR pipes & fittings for water, PEX-AL-PEX multilayered pipes & fittings for water and gas, PEX pipes & fittings for
under-floor heating systems, etc.

PRODUCTION STANDARD

RS HDPE water supply pipes are made according to GB/T13663-2000 with top quality PE100 or
PE80 materials. The performance reaches or exceeds international standard ISO4427:1996
standard with advantage of anti stress & good welding performance.

FEATURE

Long life: 50 years at least under normal condition.

Sanitary reaches GB/T17219-1998 standard, no heavy metal, no poison, no germ.

3.

Resist chemical erosion.

4.

With smooth wall, low friction and good resist grind performance.

5.

High tenacity and anti-impact intensity.

6.

Transportation and installation convenient.

7.

Unique and simple welding mode: electro-fusion & heat melting.

8.

The color of HDPE water supply pipe has blue or black with blue strips for choice.

9.

Gas pipe has yellow or black with yellow strips for choice.

MAIN APPLICATION

RS HDPE pipes are largely applied to municipal, architecture, replacement of old generation pipes,
industry as well as sewage treatment. But HDPE pipe is not suitable for house fire pipes and hot
water supply.

HDPE DRINKING PIPE MATERIAL

1.

The HDPE pipes manufactured by Risong company are honored with various

certificates issued by Quality Inspection Office and Health Authority.


2.

RS HDPE pipes are made of superior PE100 or PE80 raw materials from famous

manufacturers, such as: HE 3490-LS from Borealis, CRP100 from Basell and YGH041T from
Sinopec, etc.
3.

The color of RS HDPE pipes will be black with four blue strips or blue color. HDPE

pipes & fittings with black color should contain 2%-2.5% black carbon.
4.

The standard length is 5.8 meters or 11.9 meters for container loading. Pipes with

less than 63mm outer diameter would be packed in coil, also it could be decided at clients request

The performance of RS HDPE pipes comply with the standard <HDPE pipes

for water>, see the below table for its physical performance:

CONNECTION OF PIPES

(1) The connection methods Include:


1. dn.110, adopt thermal-fusion socket connection or electro-fusion connection.
2. dn110, adopt thermal thermal-fusion butt joint or electro-fusion connection.
3. Connection to the metal pipes, adopt flange connection or transition fitting connection.

(2) Thermal Socket Connection


When adopting this method, use thermal welding machine. Here under the specific procedures:
Check the pipe surface to see whether it is damaged, clean all the burrs attached on the incision.
Measure the depth of the socket, mark on the pipe surface.
To ensure the new layer of the nozzle, chamfer the nozzle, the angle should be 30,
the length of surface groove not exceed 2.0mm
Clean up the socket.
Insert the pipe and fitting in the heater, heat
up the jointing part.
Pull out the pipe and fitting when it reaches
scheduled warm-up time, insert the pipe into the
fitting socket evenly and swiftly.
Do not proceed with next operation until the pipe
And fitting reaches scheduled cooling time.

(3) Thermal-fusion butt jointing


1. When adopting this method, use thermal fusion butt welding machine, the specific procedures
are as following:
Clamp down
the pipe on the
jig of the welding
machine
Clean up the
connection part
and milling the
connection side.
Adjust the
joining parts,
make the
Misplacement
less than 10%
of the wall
thickness.
Put the
heating panel
Pull out the heating panel when finishing heating
Join the two heating parts swiftly, increase pressure
to the fusion-joint pressure and keep the pressure until
it cools down.
Thermal-fusion is completed.

joint method, and here are the
procedures.

Clean up the connection part, mark the inserting depth, scrape and polish the joint surface
Insert the E/F fitting in the pipe.
Fix the pipe in the stand, adjust the jointing parts and make it in a straight line.
When given electric currency for a certain time, the joint part of PE pipe and fitting will be heated and
melted, E/F is completed once there is melt flowing out of the observation hole.
