Intending Medicines.

Direct Patient Care

Receiving the patient in the unit. Planning of Care according to priorities. Taking the ECG of all patients. Checking the vital signs. Administrating the antibiotics and other medications as per order. Checking the records. Giving nebulization, sponge bath, back care and maintaining intake and output chart.

Basic Nursing Procedure

Emergency admission and transfer of patients. Administration of Medication, IV Fluids. Insertion of peripheral line, Rhyles Tube and Folleys Catheter .

Assisting for Intubation, Extubation ,Assisting of CPR , Removal of drainage Tubes ,Central line and Arterial line insertion , Tracheostomy, ICD , Lumbar Puncture ,Transportation of patients for investigation like CT scan, USG, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy. etc.
