We are looking at interested applicants who have graduated with MBA in Marketing (with experience in sales / relationship ) / Finance & Chartered Accountant to apply for the same. The applicants would be recruited for the position of Manager / Assistant Managers. Relationship Manager - Elite Trade Relationship Group Job Role: Handling existing Key Trade and current account Relationship in Business Banking Segment Maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the existing client base and grow the CASA & Fee Book Sales of Trade Products like bills for Collections, Bank Guarantees,Letter of credit and Treasury products. Acquire new trade relationship Originate and work with product groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products

Relationship Manager - Small & Medium Enterprise & Agri Group SMEAG Group focuses on providing comprehensive Banking Solutions to Large and Medium Enterprises, Co-operatives and Institutions in Food Processing, Agri Inputs and Agri Related Businesses. The Group will be responsible for achieving Income and Asset Budgets through Assets, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, other Commercial Banking Opportunities and Investment Banking Job Role: The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business. Relationship Management - effective client relationship management to originate business & service client needs on commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products. Specifically, you will determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements. Target Orientation - Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance will be your goal. Product structuring - Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals Team Management- i.e. driving and directing the team of Associate relationship managers and product managers to drive business profitability and growth. Specifically, you will determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements. Sound Knowledge of Bank Guarantees, LC, Trade Finance etc Sound knowledge of ICC rules on Documentary Credits Good credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage Interpersonal skills and ability to influence Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
