PLAIN STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On April 17, 2012, at about 9:30am Mark Forcum came to my residence at 2401 w 39th Street, Marion County, Indiana and stated that he was showing the property to a potential buyer. 2. I informed him that I was the owner of the property and that it was off the market. 3. At 9:56am Mark Forcum returned with Officer Addington and Officer McCann of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. 4. The officers told me I had to leave my residence if I did not have paperwork proving that I owned the property.

5. I left and returned with a copy of the deed that I had filed with the Marion County Recorder’s Office on March 28, 2012. 6. I also provided the officers with my Nationality Identification Card that shows my status and nationality as Moorish American and lists the laws that the officers were violating in detaining me. 7. Mark Forcum misinformed the officers that he was a representative of Mellon Bank. 8. Mark Forcum misinformed the officers that the utilities were in his name. 9. Mark Forcum is a Prudential Real Estate agent with no connection to any bank. 10. Detectives Brian Hofmeister and Jerry Salloum directed officer McCann to place me under arrest for trespassing. 11. Detective Brian Hofmeister had my black 2008 Yamaha YZF 600S towed. 12. After I was removed from the my property, the officers and Mark Forcum broke into my home and stole my Toshiba laptop and Dixie Chopper lawn mower that had just been delivered that day.

CAUSES OF ACTION
I. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 4- MISPRISION OF FELONY All of the officers present as well as Mark Forcum were informed of my status as a Moorish National and therefore had actual knowledge of the felonies being committed as all officers present conspired to remove me from my property and steal my property. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 112 – PROTECTION OF FOREIGN OFFICIALS, OFFICIAL GUESTS AND INTERNATIONALLY PROTECTED PERSONS All of the officers present were informed of my status as a Moorish National and still proceeded to imprison me under threat of violence by use of deadly weapons if I resisted them. III. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 241 – CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS All of the officers present as well as Mark Forcum did conspire to injure me by forcefully removing me from my property and confiscating my property after I showed them a properly filed deed. IV. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 241 – CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS All officers present did conspire to oppress me by towing my motor cycle from my residence for my lack of driver’s license after they were informed that I did not need one. V. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 242 – DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW All officers present as well as Mark Forcum did, under color of law, forcefully remove me from my property by threat of violence and use of deadly weapons after I showed them a properly filed deed. VI. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 242 – DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW All officers present did, under color of law tow my motor cycle from my residence for my lack of driver’s license after they were informed that I did not need one. VII. VIOLATION OF TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 2119 – MOTOR VEHICLES All officers present, with the intent to cause serious bodily harm, took my motorcycle from my residence by intimidation and threat of violence. VIII. VIOLATION OF TITLE 42 U.S.C. § 1982 – PROPERTY RIGHTS OF CITIZENS All officers present as well as Mark Forcum did deny my constitutional rights to property. 6. NOTICE is hereby given, and DEMANDS made, on all Respondents and any other involved Parties, that: a) ALL properties taken unlawfully, removed in violation of commerce, or otherwise converted, sold, or seized by the Respondents, or other Parties in collusion therewith, be immediately returned to Noble Menes AnkhEl, the Undersigned Affiant, justly possessing the lawful and legal title thereto; OR b) All Parties who proceed to act or assist in said actions, against this Affiant, Noble Menes Ankh-El, without thorough, verifiable, point-by point rebuttal of each and every point set forth in this Affidavit shall be immediately charged with criminal fraud, theft, conspiracy against rights, theft and fraud, and commercial liens shall be placed against all their real and personal properties for the GRAND TOTAL OF DAMAGES listed below in the ACCOUNTING OF DAMAGES SUSTAINED(defined crimes TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 4 – MISPRISION OF FELONY, TITLE 18 U.S.C. §112 –PROTECTION OF FOREIGN OFFICIAL,S OFFICIAL GUESTS AND INTERNATIONALLY PROTECTED PERSONS, TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 241 – CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS, TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 242-DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW, TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 2119-MOTOR VEHICLES, TITLE 42 U.S.C. §1982-PROPERTY RIGHTS OF CITIZENS). 7. THAT failure to respond as herein required to this Affiant, within the herein prescribed time of thirty (30) days will be deemed by this Affiant to invoke the doctrine of acquiescence and admission, to recover, in commerce, the lost or damaged properties plus damages listed below as ACCOUNTING OF DAMAGES SUSTAINED , penalties and costs. 8. THAT this Commercial Affidavit, Notice and Warning of Commercial Grace, is the ONE AND ONLY such Notice and Warning. If the Respondents do not within thirty (30) days immediately return ALL properties to the possession of the Affiant, it shall be considered a willful disregard for this Notice and Warning, and such shall engender the immediate filing of Criminal Complaints (Affidavits of Information) and Commercial Liens (Affidavits of Obligation) against all parties involved. 9. THAT the Respondents’ violations of TITLE 18, 42 U.S.C., and this Affidavit or response/rebuttal to said claims or charges, created the mutually voluntary, consensual, commercial, private contract by and between the Undersigned and Respondents. Failure of Respondents to properly rebut the statements contained herein within thirty (30) days (or in the alternative pay all damages listed herein to the Undersigned) shall constitute deliberate criminal actions and willful breach of and default of the agreements made by and between the Undersigned and the Respondents.

APPENDIX A
THE Lien Claimant does NOT rely on Title 15 as a basis for the “Commercial Lien”. ALL Commercial processes, by using or relying on notes or paper in Commerce (e.g. Federal Reserve Notes), must bear some sort of Federal tracking code, a County Recorder’s number or a serial number, which process must be accessible for inspection at the nearest relevant County Recorder’s Office or be widely advertised. When a Lien matures in three (3) months, ninety (90) days, by default of the Lien Debtor through the Lien Debtors failure to rebut the AFFIDAVIT OF OBLIGATION point-for-point categorically, it becomes an accounts receivable in the ordinary sense of a collectable debt upon which assignments, collateralization, and other commercial transactions can be based, hence becomes a Security subject to observation, tracking, and regulation by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (hereinafter U.S. S.E.C.). The notation “A Security-15 USC” is a flag in Commerce telling the U.S. S.E.C. that a speculation account is being established to enforce a lien. the U.S. S.E.C. can then monitor the process.
