Pay reservation fee of 1000 per unit The next step is to complete an International Property Purchase form and to pay the 1000 fee to reserve each unit.

Instruct Solicitors We will appoint a solicitor on your behalf to handle the legal process for you. They will ensure that all the necessary legal searches have been done. Legal fees payable are 500 on exchange and 250 on completion. (exclusive of disbursements)

Exchange of Contracts At this point a 25,500 deposit is paid It is intended that your deposit will be protected by putting in place Deposit Indemnity Insurance.

Completion Completion is estimated for August 2013. At this stage the balance of 25,000 is paid. Your purchase will be registered at the land registry. Please note that no stamp duty is payable.
