Market Metrics was founded in 2003 by Gregory Graham, a seasoned technology marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Graham is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an NRC-IRAP Registered Consultant and a member of the American Marketing Association. His professional interests include strategic planning and product management. Prior to founding Market Metrics, Mr. Grahams 21 years of corporate experience includes increasingly-responsible roles in marketing, technical and strategic planning roles at Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) firms ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Nortel, Taylor Industrial Software (a startup acquired by General Electric), TELUS and Ubiquity Software (a Terry Matthews start-up that went public and was later acquired by Avaya). His hands-on industry experience encompasses all marketing functions from entry-level trade show coordinator to Director of Marketing with a staff of over a dozen direct reports. Mr. Graham holds an MBA from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (with a major in Computer Engineering) from Concordia University in Montreal, a certificate in Strategic Planning from the Canadian Management Association in Toronto, and has completed additional training at Statistics Canada in Ottawa. In 2004, he was named to the Canadian Association of Management Consultants Honour Roll for achieving the highest score in the Province of Ontario on the Associations final qualifying examination, and earned the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation in 2005.
