Introduction
On February 26, 2009, The NGO SUPER YOUTH (ASIRYS) is legally created. But, the organization functioned through the projects undertaken for the community since June 2008; initially functioned as an informal group of young people. Why SUPER YOUTH? Because “SUPER” is a word used by young people to describe when good things happen, and ‘youth’ because the organization is formed by young people or people with young spirit.

Why ASIRYS? ASIRYS is an acronym formed from the initials of the key values that our organization promotes: Attitude, Solidarity, Involvement, Responsibility, Youth, and Success. The aim of the SUPER YOUTH ORGANIZATION (ASIRYS) is to support the progress of the community on all levels through the involvement of all the available resources. The objectives of the organization are diverse and they are trying to implement the principles promoted by UE. By 2011 the organization mobilized almost 250 volunteers, but currently there are 40 active volunteers. The organization SUPER YOUTH is always in contact with the young people through the undertaken projects and it continues to attract them to volunteering and non-formal education. The organization came into being as a response to the social and economical problems faced by Targu Frumos, issues that directly affect the young people. For this reason, the aim and objectives of the association doesn’t focus on only one problem, but on the sustainable development of the whole community. In the future the organization intends to expand nationally and internationally. Until then, through SUPER YOUTH, we want to create a model of good practice from the city of Targu Frumos, so that it can be mentioned in the study cases of the specialists as being the city that was transformed in a successful community by the young people, through volunteering.

WHY DO WE NEED A BRAND GUIDELINES?

A brand is only as strong as the consistency of the communications materials that convey it. Messages that deviate from the brand essence will be confusing to the audience. They will weaken or muddy the brand. (Imagine if Nike didn’t dictate how its advertisers and sponsors used the official “swoosh” logo)

THE MAIN LOGO
The main logo consist of Six abstractions which represent youth, action and movement. Supported by two important words “SUPER TINERI” and “ASIRYS” both are also a logo each one can be used separated, formed by seven colour each one represent the values that the organization promotes. Each word should not be used with different colour or distort.

THE SUPPORTING TEXT
The SUPER TINERI and ASIRYS, can be used as a logo, separately or together as a word, the idea is in order to use this as stickers or as a stamp.

DELIMITING AREA
To protect the logo, this area is represented by the X this ares is 1cm for each side. This area must be respected on the main logo. The minimum size should be 5 cm. on Width side, there’s no a maximum size.

VARIANT OF THE LOGO
The main logo can be printed with one ink (blac) in two different ways, this can be used on T-shirts or another kind or promotional. The way to used the support text as a logo is show below and in the same way can be printed with black ink.

THE TYPOGRAPHY

The typhography for the word ASIRYS is Copperplate Gothic Bold, this typography is only for this world

The typography for the word Super Tineri is Budhand Bold, this typography is only for this word.

HOW TO USE THE BRAND ON THE LETTERHEAD

HOW TO USE THE BRAND ON THE BUSINESS CARD
For the business card exist two option, use the traditional size 8 x 5 cm. (a) or 8 x 3 cm. (b) in both cases the front side is for the Information about the person and the back for the logo (a) or the support text as logo, but in the second case the Information about the Organization will be on the back side, let the front side just for the information about the person.

HOW TO USE THE BRAND ON A T-SHIRT
The main logo it going on the front side of the T-shirt in full colour, on the back of the T-shirt on the top the word ASIRYS as support logo and the words Super Tineri and Super Voluntar in vertical covering the lenght of the back side of the T-shirt.

HOW TO USE THE BRAND ON A T-SHIRT
This a sample of how can be use the main logo and the supporting text on a T-shirt., the colour must be similar as one of the 7 Pantones, in case to not find the exactly colour.
