Before installing ESM2, make sure Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.01SP1 or later is installed on your PC. Check the operating environment of your PC. 2-1. SOLUTION: This problem occurs if ESM2 has registered both printers connected via EpsonNet Direct Print and NetWare Shared or NDS.
