It is well known fact that in order to have a healthy mind one needs to have a healthy body. Sports play a vital role in nourishing soul and body of one. A sport is commonly defined as an organized, competitive, and skillful physical activity requiring commitment and fair play. It is governed by a set of rules or customs. Sports enhances qualities like sportsmanship, leadership etc. Sportsmanship is an attitude that strives for fair play, courtesy toward teammates and opponents,

 PLAN: For effectively carry out sports activities in hostel a schedule was formulated to gain maximum participation of students as well as they could be synchronized with their academics. and grace in victory or defeat.)
