By faith, we see the hand of God
In the light of creations grand design;
In the lives of those who prove His faithfulness,
Who walk by faith and not by sight.
By faith, our fathers roamed the earth
With the power of His promise in their hearts:
Of a holy city built by Gods own hand
A place where peace and justice reign.
We will stand as children of the promise,
We will fix our eyes on Him: our souls reward.
Till the race is finished and the work is done,
Well walk by faith and not by sight.
By faith, the prophets saw a day
When the longed for messiah would appear
With the power to break the chains of sin and death,
and rise triumphant from the grave.
By faith, the church was called to go
In the power of the spirit to the lost
To deliver captives and to preach good news
In every corner of the earth.
By faith, this mountain shall be moved,
And the power of the gospel shall prevail,
For we know in Christ all things are possible
For those who call upon His name.

The perfect wisdom of our God revealed in all the universe.
All things created by His hand and held together at His command.
He knows the mystries of the seas; the secrets of the stars are His.
He guides the planets on their way
and turns the earth through another day.
The perfect timing of His ways along the path of righteousness.
His Word a lamp unto my feet; His Spirit teaching and guiding me.
And O the wisdom of the cross to save the helpless and the lost
He chose the fool to shame the wise that all the glory might go to Christ!
O grant me wisdom from above to pray for peace and cling to love
And teach me humbly to receive the sun and rain of Your
sovereignty.
Each strand of sorrow has a place within this tapestry of grace.
So through the trials Ill choose to say:
Your perfect will in Your perfect way.

Shout, shout out for joy to God all the earth!
Sing, sing out the glory of His name!
Say, say unto God, How awesome Your deeds!
Give, give to the Lord His glorious praise!
I will bless you, O God, when You lovingly test and refine.
Though I walk through the fire, I will offer You praise!
You will shepherd my soul to a place of abundance and rest.
I will come to Your house and an offering of thankfulness raise!
O come, come and hear, all who fear God and call on His name.
How I cried to the Lord, and He answered my prayer!
Had I cherished my sin, all my words would be empty and vain.
Bless the Lord, for His mercy and faithfulness crown all our days!
Your blood has washed away my sin.
Jesus, thank You.

We have not known You as we ought
Nor bowed before Your powr;
The things of earth have filled our thoughts
And wasted many hours.
We have not feared You as we ought
Nor stopped to give You praise;
By countless words and deeds and thoughts
Your love we have betrayed.
Lord forgive us by the mighty cross
And from above rain down Your love;
Lord, break our hearts by the grace You impart
And give us strength to fight this war.
We have not served You as we ought,
Commands are left undone;
Our works with wickedness are fraught,
Our battles scarcely won.
We have not loved You as we ought
Nor cherished saving grace;
Your presence we have coldly sought,
The world we have embraced.
Lord Jesus, for this I most humbly entreat;
I wait, blessed Lord, at Thy crucified feet.
By faith, for my cleansing I see Thy blood flow
Now wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.
Lord Jesus, Thou knowest I patiently wait;
Come now and within me a new heart create.
To those who have sought Thee Thou never said No
Now wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.

Beneath the cross of Jesus I fain would take my stand,
The shadow of a mighty rock within a weary land;
A home within the wilderness, a rest upon the way,
From the burning of the noon tide heat,
And the burden of the day.
Upon that cross of Jesus my eyes at times can see
The very dying form of One who suffered there for me;
And from my smitten heart with tears
Two wonders I confess
The wonders of His glorious love, and my unworthiness.
I take, O cross, thy shadow for my abiding place;
I ask no other sunshine than the sunshine of His face;
Content to let the world go by, to know no gain or loss.
My sinful self my only shame, my glory all the cross.

He set aside His beauty, He set aside His majesty
To carry all our sorrows, to come and bear our griefs.
When we like sheep had gone astray,
The Man of Sorrows made the way.
Crushed for our iniquities,
His suffering brought us peace.
With His wounds and by His stripes,
We can enter paradise.
This is the price of mercy, this is the price He paid to win
The hearts of all His people;
One day well be with Him.
Because of One we now are saved;
The King of Glory made a way.
O praise the Lamb who has been slain;
His blood has opened heavens gates.
His cross is calling all to come
To dwell with Father, Spirit, Son.

I heard the voice of Jesus say, Come unto Me and rest;
Lay down, thou weary one, lay down, thy head upon My breast.
I came to Jesus as I was, weary, worn and sad;
I found in Him a resting-place, and He has made me glad.
I heard the voice of Jesus say, Behold, I freely give
The living water; thirsty one, stoop down and drink and live.
I came to Jesus, and I drank of that life-giving stream.
My thirst was quenched, my soul revived and now I live in Him.
I heard the voice of Jesus say, I am this dark worlds Light.
Look unto Me; thy morn shall rise and all thy day be bright.
I looked to Jesus, and I found in Him my Star, my Sun;
And in that Light of Life Ill walk till traveling days are done.

Lift up your voice and with us sing.
Thou burning sun with golden beam,

O praise Him! (Alleluia)
O praise Him! (Alleluia)
O praise Him! (Alleluia)
All creatures praise the Lord.
Thou rushing wind that art so strong,
Ye clouds that sail in heaven along,
Thou rising morn, in praise rejoice,
Ye lights of evening, with a voice.
And all ye men of tender heart,
Forgiving others, take your part,
Ye who long pain and sorrow bear,
Praise God and on Him cast your care.
Let all things their Creator bless,
And worship Him in humbleness,
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son
And praise the Spirit, Three in One.

The churchs one foundation is Jesus Christ her Lord;
She is His new creation by water and the Word.
From heaven He came and sought her to be His holy bride;
With His own blood He bought her, and for her life He died.
Elect from every nation, yet one oer all the earth;
Her charter of salvation, one Lord, one faith, one birth;
One holy name she blesses, partakes one holy food,
And to one hope she presses, with every grace endued.
The church shall never perish, her dear Lord to defend;
To guide, sustain and cherish, is with her to the end.
Though there be those that hate her, and false sons in her pale,
Against a foe or traitor, she ever shall prevail.
Mid toil and tribulation and tumult of her war,
She waits the consummation of peace forevermore;
Till with the vision glorious her longing eyes are blest,
And the great Church victorious shall be the Church at rest.
Yet she on earth hath union with God the Three in One,
And mystic sweet communion with those whose rest is won.
Oh, happy ones and holy! Lord, give us grace that we,
Like them, the meek and lowly, on high may dwell with Thee.
You were broken that I might be healed.
You were cast off that I might draw near.
You were thirsty that I might come drink,
Cried out in anguish that I might sing:
How deep is Your love,
How high and how wide is Your mercy.
How deep is Your grace,
Our hearts overflow with praise to You.
You knew darkness that I might know light,
Wept great tears that mine might be dried.
Stripped of glory that I might be clothed,
Crushed by Your Father to call me Your own.

But as I ran my hell-bound race, indifferent to the cost.

You bore the wrath reserved for me, now all I know is grace.
Hallelujah! All I have is Christ!
Hallelujah! Jesus is my life.
Now, Lord, I would be Yours alone, and live so all might see.
The strength to follow Your commands could never come from me.
O Father, use my ransomed life in any way You choose,

To carry all our sorrows, to come and bear our griefs.
When we like sheep had gone astray,
The Man of Sorrows made the way.
Crushed for our iniquities,
His suffering brought us peace.
With His wounds and by His stripes,
We can enter paradise.
This is the price of mercy, this is the price He paid to win
The hearts of all His people;
One day well be with Him.
Because of One we now are saved;
The King of Glory made a way.
O praise the Lamb who has been slain;
His blood has opened heavens gates.
His cross is calling all to come
To dwell with Father, Spirit, Son.

I heard the voice of Jesus say, Come unto Me and rest;
Lay down, thou weary one, lay down, thy head upon My breast.
I came to Jesus as I was, weary, worn and sad;
I looked to Jesus, and I found in Him my Star, my Sun;
And in that Light of Life Ill walk till traveling days are done.

All creatures of our God and King,
Lift up your voice and with us sing.
Thou burning sun with golden beam,
Thou silver moon with softer gleam.
O praise Him! (Alleluia)
O praise Him! (Alleluia)
O praise Him! (Alleluia)
All creatures praise the Lord.
Thou rushing wind that art so strong,
Ye clouds that sail in heaven along,
Thou rising morn, in praise rejoice,
Ye lights of evening, with a voice.
And all ye men of tender heart,
Forgiving others, take your part,
Ye who long pain and sorrow bear,
Praise God and on Him cast your care.
Let all things their Creator bless,
And worship Him in humbleness,
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son
And praise the Spirit, Three in One.

The churchs one foundation is Jesus Christ her Lord;
She is His new creation by water and the Word.
From heaven He came and sought her to be His holy bride;
With His own blood He bought her, and for her life He died.
Elect from every nation, yet one oer all the earth;
Her charter of salvation, one Lord, one faith, one birth;
One holy name she blesses, partakes one holy food,
And to one hope she presses, with every grace endued.
The church shall never perish, her dear Lord to defend;
To guide, sustain and cherish, is with her to the end.
Though there be those that hate her, and false sons in her pale,
Against a foe or traitor, she ever shall prevail.
Mid toil and tribulation and tumult of her war,
She waits the consummation of peace forevermore;

I once was lost in darkest night, yet thought I knew the way.
The sin that promised joy and life had led me to the grave.
I had no hope that You would own a rebel to Your will.
And if You had not loved me first, I would refuse You still.
But as I ran my hell-bound race, indifferent to the cost.
You looked upon my helpless state and led me to the cross.
And I beheld Gods love displayed, You suffered in my place.
You bore the wrath reserved for me, now all I know is grace.
Hallelujah! All I have is Christ!
Hallelujah! Jesus is my life.
Now, Lord, I would be Yours alone, and live so all might see.
The strength to follow Your commands could never come from me.
O Father, use my ransomed life in any way You choose,
And let my song forever be, My only boast is You!

We have not known You as we ought
Nor bowed before Your powr;
The things of earth have filled our thoughts
And wasted many hours.
We have not feared You as we ought
Nor stopped to give You praise;
By countless words and deeds and thoughts
Your love we have betrayed.
Lord forgive us by the mighty cross
And from above rain down Your love;
Lord, break our hearts by the grace You impart
And give us strength to fight this war.
We have not served You as we ought,
Commands are left undone;
Our works with wickedness are fraught,
Our battles scarcely won.
We have not loved You as we ought
Nor cherished saving grace;
Your presence we have coldly sought,
The world we have embraced.
Lord Jesus, for this I most humbly entreat;
I wait, blessed Lord, at Thy crucified feet.
By faith, for my cleansing I see Thy blood flow
Now wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.
Lord Jesus, Thou knowest I patiently wait;
Come now and within me a new heart create.
To those who have sought Thee Thou never said No
Now wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.

When Im all alone and afraid,
I will trust in You,
For You watch over my ways.
When things in my life dont make sense,
I will trust in You,
For You are good, You are good.
Sovereign One, You work all things to Your plan.
Sovereign One, You hold all things in Your hands.
When I dont get to have my own way,
I will trust in You,
For You know what is best.
When tears begin to roll down my face,
I will trust in You,
For You are good, You are good.
Perfect in power, You control all things.
Perfect in wisdom, You know evrything.
Perfect in goodness, Jesus, Youre so good to me,
So good to me.

Beneath the cross of Jesus I fain would take my stand,
The shadow of a mighty rock within a weary land;
A home within the wilderness, a rest upon the way,
From the burning of the noon tide heat,
And the burden of the day.
Upon that cross of Jesus my eyes at times can see
The very dying form of One who suffered there for me;
And from my smitten heart with tears
Two wonders I confess
The wonders of His glorious love, and my unworthiness.
I take, O cross, thy shadow for my abiding place;
I ask no other sunshine than the sunshine of His face;
Content to let the world go by, to know no gain or loss.
My sinful self my only shame, my glory all the cross.

Lord Jesus, I long to be perfectly whole;
I want Thee forever to ransom my soul.
Break down evry idol, cast out evry foe
Now wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.
Whiter than snow, Lord, oh whiter than snow,
Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.

If I call, will You come? When I cry, do You hear?
I believe evry tear is caught up by a faithful God.
So I will cry until You come; cast my cares into Your arms.
I cant see past this storm, but Im counting on a faithful God.
Faithful God, You hold my life secure, and all my days are Yours.
I believe my God is like a fire defending me faithfully.
I believe You still heal, and demons still bow.
Im convinced there is powr in trusting in a faithful God.
So I will praise til You appear, and set Your foot upon this shore.
And I declare that evry foe is subject to my faithful God.
Im Yours and You are mine, and I am Yours. I am Yours.
And I know Your faithfulness, it will endure, it will endure.
