Problem

-Local artists that are struggling to break in to the art world or widen their impact have few ways from which to get their work recognized. Instead, established artists and channels are able to be more recognized thanks to good connections and press. So how do we show people that there are great artists in their midst?

Solution
-Visual Allies goal is to provide a springboard for local artists to launch into the mainstream market through worn apparel. By printing their designs on a movable canvas, each individual artists style has a chance to be seen by many, raising awarness and promoting that partiular artists brand.

Canvas
-We are proposing a straightforward asset sale of artists work through physical and technical means, relying on dedicated service and vibrant community to sustain buisness. -We further take the idea of going local by sourcing our production, processes, and equipment from the Phoenix area.

Di erence
-We feel that the vynil record scene and the history behind it is a powerfu way to showcase a product. -By building on that idea of mixing two medias (apparel and cover art), weve found that presenting the apparel in this manner is an e ective way to not just create a movable canvas, but also to create a keepsake in the packaging.

Marketing
-This market is growing every year now that prices for tee shirt s are going up. People are tending to spend more money on products if they are name brand other that the practical use of the product. - Our company will sell tee shirts for $15-20 dollars which combined annually could possibly create a CAGR of over 5 million dollars if we meet our quota.

Competition
-Threadless: >Vast online apparel sales bolstered by high production of material >Caters to community by having croud-sourced scoring of designs, as well as community centered design competitions. -Society6: >Modest sales for individual artists, set up as individual web-stores for each individual artist >Not just based in apparel, but also posters and other paraphanaleia.
