By accepting Blackfoot culture on its own terms through immersion rather than subjective [Platos objectified] anthropological notions,

here is what Id been able to solve applying Native American principles of math to solve an ages old mystery: this (formerly) lost Chinese system reconstructed more than 30 years ago using the based 8 math of the Native American oracle called Stick Game. The text of the Wilhelm-Baynes I Ching translation is organized around this system as demonstrated in the resulting relationships of the hexagrams and consistent text references. It is most easily explained using the coins rather than sticks, which is less familiar to people. The mathematical principles are identical to Native American. Using three tossed coins (like dice) these are the possible lines: Masculine/old is changing line) --o-- three heads (a so-called

Masculine/young is ----- two heads and a tail. Feminine/young is -- -- two tails and a head Feminine/old is changing line) --x-- three tails (a so-called

Draw a + symbol large enough to build four hexagrams, one in each quadrant. Using the space in the upper left quadrant of the + symbol, you build your initial hexagram from bottom, up. Follows is an example of the values if you assign masculine to heads: line 6 ----- 2 heads, one tail

line 5 ----- 2 heads, one tail line 4 --o-- 3 heads line 3 --x-- 3 tails line 2 ----- 2 heads, one tail line 1 ----- 2 heads, one tail the lines movement is -> and becomes its opposite at right
----------o-- (a solid line) --x-- (broken line) ---------- --- -- young --x-- old --o-- old -- -- young -- --

The hexagrams recording now differs to fill the + symbol from above to below
-- --- ---o---x--- --- -----------x---o----------

The difference in recording above to below is following the I Ching maxim Change, that is unchanging (also a stick game axiom), while reversing the order, you do not reverse the old or changing lines when recording the lower hexagrams. The top right and both bottom hexagrams are built from the top left hexagram, that is to say building one hexagram actually built four hexagrams. Using this system to build the hexagrams, together with the Wilhelm/Baynes I Ching translation, will produce consistent numerological inter-relationships between the hexagrams and consistent references between the hexagrams in the text, as organized by the ancients. The bottom hexagrams are the primary hidden hexagrams of the I Ching. The presently popular and wide spread I Ching hexagram building system (given in Wilhelm/Baynes) can be applied as a math check for this system, one only need to apply it to the bottom right hexagram to arrive at the top left hexagram (with movement exhausted) and as well employ it to arrive at the secondary hidden hexagrams for all four of the primary hexagrams. If you did not draw (a word going to the original use of sticks rather than the coins) 3 of a kind when tossing the coins, it indicates the idea of stasis or no movement. The principle of infinity with this system can be looked at as rolling a wheel on a plane. If you were to mark 64 degrees on a wheel and roll it so to speak, unlike a computer analyzing Chess, you cannot exhaust the

possibilities because no matter had you repeated an identical value, you will always arrive at a different space in time, yesterday cannot be the same as tomorrow. In ancient numerology the primary based 8 principle is recognizing as different and putting a limit on the value of thumbs (based 10.) If you think about it, abandoning the limitation on the value of thumbs points to where everything has gone wrong for humans in nature. For instance, if thumbs are what allow exploitation (tool making and use) and there were a simple analysis of the amount of tool-making damage to nature required to build civilization to a point of exploring space, the ancient system is much smarter that modern. The old way did not exploit to a point of destroying the planet and yet there resides in it an application (that is not externalized) to explore space and time and to know. It is this same mathematical principle the Native American oracle measured the movement of energy in nature in relation to oneself. Western psychology [mentalities] will more often than not misinterpret an important aspect with seeing this in a projective sense of oracle because it cannot [does not and was never intended to] predict the future. It is a snapshot in time of ones position in relation to nature. The purpose of the Chinese application of this oracle was almost certainly to assess a need for a recalibration of the self in relation to taking decisions, nothing more. How the I Ching differs from the Stick Game is, the stick game is not recorded, reinterpreted or differentiated from the fluidity of the movement of energy in nature. In the ancient cultural system which both oracles draw their

origins from, nature is read as living clockwork as one moves through time. If the Stick Game were one step removed from the original, organic approach, the I Ching would be two steps removed. The ancient cultural phenomena of understanding the timing of events witnessed in our living surroundings coordinated to our thoughts- would be largely [literally] impossible to achieve in those mentalities trained from birth solely in Platonic objectivity [European based rationality] wherein thought is separated from, rather than integrated to, Nature. However Quantum Mechanics has now challenged Platonic thought and presents a dilemma: How will Western science deal with the paradox of Platos objectivity having led to conducting experiments indicating Human consciousness cannot be separated from objects, pointing to the entire culture founded on Plato is based in self-deception? A further observation would be; this ancient shamanic system is fully 50% corrupt in its 'civilized' or male hierarchy application by time of Confucius. Confucius was an unabashed Chauvinist and the Taoist I Ching is a degenerate male hierarchy textbook with ideas of the dark and feminine as inauspicious. Platonic gynophobia also rejects the female or intuitive intelligence incorporated to the original shamanic system which remains incorporated in the Stick Game with its live community interactions in the oracle, music (drums, singing) from which I Ching had derived. By time of I Ching development, female intelligence [intuition] via direct interaction had been separated out from the oracle in its relationship to nature and relegated

to luck (with a literal coin toss) in the ancient systems now compromised application, a masculinized and individualized I Ching focused on self and ego. It is clear the Chinese had objectified this system prior to Platos theory. Confucius [551479 BC] and Platos [423-347 BC] dates clearly indicate probability of Plato inspired by the Eastern philosophers misogyny, previously unknown in Europe. Herein lie the roots of objectivity and Platos misapprehension of reality.

Comparison to the Oracle Stick Game There are 8 or 10 sticks, all belonging to the ground (Earth.) These sticks are equally divided between opposing teams which may consist of 1 person to unlimited numbers per side. The sticks are a points tally which determine when the oracle is consummated (all the sticks first having been won from the ground and only then having moved into the possession of one side or the other.) The oracle employs two sets of Bones: each set of Bones has one marked Bone, and one unmarked Bone. Each set of Bones must generally follow these specifications: Each Bone must be easily concealable in a fist, and the marked Bone must be clearly marked and easily differentiated from the unmarked Bone. Recalling the Bones are the identical mathematical properties to the Old & Young Yin & Yang employed in

the I Ching: Masculine/old is changing line) --o-- three heads (a so-called

Masculine/young is ----- two heads and a tail. Feminine/young is -- -- two tails and a head Feminine/old is changing line) --x-- three tails (a so-called

Concerning the Bones, when making a Point (guess), the possibilities are (with the two opposing hiders, each with a marked and unmarked Bone concealed in their fists) precisely: Middle: the hands between the hiders, or the right hand of the hider on her/his left and left hand of the hider on her/his right, this Point is equivalent Old Yin Outside: The reverse of the above, this point is equivalent of the Old Yang And then (these values perhaps depending on the players orientation to the cardinal directions or alignment) both the hiders left hands or both the hiders right hands will be equivalent either Young Yin & Yang in relation to a Point (guess.) But the point is not always a guess and in fact if one must actually guess in a western cultural sense, as opposed to read the phenomena nature reveals during the progress of the game, that person is in trouble with the oracle. This is where the I Ching went wrong with allocating outcomes to chance with the use of coins.

In the Native oracle, the intuitive or female intelligence is strongly employed .. the bones are alive, the hiders sentient beings employing a meditation to conceal, there is community participation in the divinations, whether through the Stick Game songs (drummers and singers), the hiders, and the pointers elected by consensus. To break down this puzzle, the Pointer must see through the hider and repeatedly make a correct determination of the marked and unmarked Bones positions. One does this with ones understanding of ones own relationship to nature. This phenomena of sight might manifest in several form, depending on a Pointers gift(s) or developed sense of intuitive intelligence (caveat: recalling Benjamin Whorf correctly postulated reality for the Native is shaped in such a way that the western mentality is incapable to see.) Here you might also encounter a feather affixed to a divining stick (different to a tally stick) where the feather will be influenced by the energies employed, and move in such a way as to indicate the necessary point, recalling consciousness CANNOT be separated from objects .. Insofar as mathematical complexities in comparison to I Ching, there are rules pointing multiple possibilities. For instance when one set of Bones has been correctly determined but not the other (the two hiders having been challenged simultaneously with a point) the one set of bones are put to sleep rather than transferred to the pointer whod found them and the pointer must correctly determine the 2nd set possessed by the hider whod been successful, to win all the Bones and failing to do so with the next point the sleeping Bones come to life and the pointer is faced with two hiders again rather than the

Bones having changed sides. Variations are odd (kick) stick to begin the game, employing ten + one rather than eight sticks whereby the number of divinations required is increased overall [eight sticks and Bones put to sleep with possibility of coming to life is the oldest extant form.] One person may hide two sets of bones, whether they hold two unmarked, two marked or one of each depending on which Bone is in which hand, equals a value equivalent to two hiders. Another possible way of looking at Old versus Young is, when faced with challenge of having to divine the positions of four versus two Bones. In the Native oracle there is no possibility of stasis as is found in the I Ching when the coins fail to turn up three of a kind. Nature is dynamic and when the Chinese corrupted the math to support rule of male hierarchy by substituting chance (coins) for applied female intelligence, they had rendered the world of spirit invisible (and paradoxically make offering to the same.) If there were a Native mistake, it would be the thought the western intelligence could steal and misapply this knowledge, in fact this knowledge becoming known widely, actually can only serve to undermine the male hierarchy that has brought the world out of balance. A 2nd point to the immediately preceding paragraph is: the western science had not until recently developed the necessary knowledge base and attending concept [quantum mechanics] to make an authentic inter-cultural

translation of native reality to western possible. My experience has shown some western women can grasp the basic native principles of female intelligence in several hours, with a general rule the less educated (conditioned) are more apt to see through the Platonic self-deception than those women whod used education to rise in the western male construct of reality; whereas the western males are so completely retarded by their socialization into Platonic mentalities, you can drill them for years to practically no result and of those two western males who have managed a basic working grasp of the native knowledge, one took five years and the other more than twenty years. Both male subjects suffer socially debilitating handicaps, which have served to deflate the western ego, which has not been shown necessary in the case of women, likely because women suffer as a class. The phenomena of western cultural conditioning out of and away from the world of phenomenal reality is best demonstrated by the western science own laboratory result where Quantum Mechanics points to an entire other world of phenomenal consciousness and the advanced post doctoral western scientist looks outside the lab and sees precisely nothing out of the ordinary.
