SWOT Analysis:

SWOT analysis (alternately SLOT analysis) is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses/Limitations, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a job or in a company. It involves specifying the purpose of the company or project and determining the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that purpose. Establishing the purpose should be done after the SWOT research has been conducted. This would allow possible objectives or objectives to be set for the company. Strengths: features of the company, or venture group that provide it an benefits over others Weaknesses (or Limitations): are features that position the group at a drawback comparative to others Opportunities: exterior possibilities to increase efficiency (e.g. create higher profits) in the environment Threats: exterior components in the planet that could cause problems for the company or project Identification of SWOTs is important because following actions in the procedure of preparing for success of the chosen purpose may be resulting from the SWOTs. First, the choice creators have to figure out whether the purpose is obtainable, given the SWOTs. If the purpose is NOT obtainable a different purpose must be chosen and the procedure recurring.
Kawabata Evaluation System:

The Kawabata Evaluation System (KES) is used to measure the mechanical properties of fabrics. The system was developed by a team led by Professor Kawabata in the department of polymer chemistry, Kyoto University Japan. KES is composed of four different machines on which a total of six tests can be performed:[2]

Tensile & Shear Tester - Tensile, Shear Pure Bending Tester - Pure Bending Compression Tester - Compression

Surface Tester - Surface friction & Roughness

Strengths:

It actions the following specialized features of content.

Tensile features, Shear features ,Pure Rotating features ,Compression features, Surface massaging & Roughness features.s Accurate method of content evaluation.

For each content an alteration system is developed resulting in primary hand principles between 0 to 10 provide a variety of score,below 5 unwanted and above 5 excellant.
Weaknesses (or Limitations):

The Kawabata Assessment Program (KES) is a sequence of devices used to assess those content content features that allow forecasts of the noticeable features recognized by individual contact. Appropriate system improvements are used for the content being analyzed. For every content type a new connection system have to be developed. Long and Difficult procedure.

Expensive procedure for identifying the recommended features of the content.


Opportunities:

Minimizing the calculating duration of the process Minimizing the calculating price of the procedure.

Threats:

A sequence of mistakes generate by exterior components

i.e individual mistake,temprature of the enviroment,weighting mistake,moistur of environment,humidity.
