Whereas the Party of the Second Part (Concern Name) is the interior decorators doing all kinds of wooden decorations and furnishing works, in bedrooms, kitchens, etc. Whereas the Party of the First Part is the owner of the schedule mentioned property wanted to decorate the interior portion of her flat and requested the Party of the Second Part to do the same on concession. Whereas the Party of the Second Part also agreed to do the interior decoration and furnishing works as mentioned in the Annexure appended herewith at concession rate of 15% from the actual amount of Rs.000000/- (Rupees ). NOW THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: 1) The Party of the Second Part shall do the interior decoration and furnishing works as mentioned in the Annexure appended herewith to the tune of Rs.0000../(Rupees ..)

That the Party of the Second Part shall give a concession to the tune of Rs./- (Rupees only) that is 00% of Rs.0000./- (Rupees . only) for the interior decoration and furnishing works and thus finally for an amount of Rs.000/- (Rupees.only) .

only) shall be paid in three instalments as follows: a) The first installment of Rs.0000./- to be paid on the date of signing of this agreement. b) The second installment to the tune of Rs.000/- paid after the delivery of materials on the schedule mentioned property. c) The third and final installment to the tune of Rs.0000/- is paid after the completion of the work to the satisfaction of the Party of the First Part. 5) The Party of the Second Part undertakes to complete the work within 00..days from the date of receiving the First Payment i.e. on or before (mention date). 6) The Party of the Second Part undertakes to carry out and complete the job strictly as per the specifications mentioned in the Annexure appended herewith and undertakes to maintain the quality of the

materials supplied. He shall not use any inferior quality material for the items. 7) If either Party to this agreement fails and/or neglects to obey any of the covenant as aforesaid or otherwise to carry out any one or more of the obligations on her/his part as hereunder provided or otherwise required by law, the other Party will be at liberty to enforce specific performance of agreement by institution of legal proceedings or, at her/his option, may sue the other Party for damages, interest, costs and other reliefs.
