~ n herself. As you are a part of nature, it is withi n your
nature to share and partake in the success of life. Whenever nature
senses a flaw, or lack, in one of her creations, she removes it in
I the process of evolution. Man, you and I, are, however, in a more
evo1ved state than the other kingdoms in nature. As such, any
correction within ourselves can take place in conscious cooperation
\'/i th nature. When we speak of nature, of course, in Metaphysi ca1

remaining active would bLtlliLm.e.o.tli-motion nf 511~S. Everything
I that one would think, and thus do, would be another step toward
succeeding in whatever one IS goal might be. Thousands of hours of
private counseling with people on their per~ona1 problems has
I revealed that, in most cases, people possess a natural success
factor, which they would be achieving were it not for certain weak-
nesses in their personalities which seem to SIDETRACKand/or HOLD
THEMBACKfrom achieving what they really want in 1ife. So much en-
I ergy is expended in ~he thinking and acting-out of weaknesses that
there is not enough left over to harness the success-drive mechanism
that exists within them.

All manner of -therapies and solutions are offered by" our social
structure to help people overcome their weaknesses. However, many
methods wi tnessed and used among thousands of students have proved
that nothing is as effective as a FACETO FACEconfrontation between

THE METAPHYSICAL
SCIENCE.CONFRONTATION
TECHNIQUE"

Every weakness in your mind would eventually be eliminated if you con-

u sciously did nothing. Your mind, eventually, would evolve its con-
sciousness beyond the weakness control energy in your mind; however, it
might not take place in thOis 1i feti me. Meanwhile, you would remain
unhappy, even miserable. is

J As in all lessons in Metaphysical Science, the student is directed to
re-read each lesson everyday for seven days, that the consciousness of
the lesson becomes an ingrained part of the consciousness of the
1 student. In particular, it is important that the student pay very close
attention to the "Alternative Chart" that follows:

1 ALTERNATIVECHART

THE CONFRONTATION

Weaknessesare unevolved habit patterns of mental energy within the sub-

conscious mind that surface to one's conscious mental activity in an
attempt to control one's mind and nervous system.
is
GOD-POWER the unlimited healing, transforming, eternally present
primal energy power "centered" ln the mind that has ALL-POWER to
directly confront and eliminate the hold of negative weakness energies
emerging from one's subconscious.
\~henever any weakness energy enters your mind, ca 11 withi n to the
UNIVERSALGOD-CENTER of your mind which contains the GOD-POWER
PRESENCE of the Universe. Make a direct GOD-POWER CONFRONTATION
AFF I R~1ATI ON.

EXAMPLE
Let us suppose that youare having a weight problem from over-eati ng. A
negative weakness is controlling your mind and nervous system, causing
you to crave more food than you should eat.
Whenever you feel thi s negati ve energy tryi ng to take you over, go
into DIRECTCONFRONTATION with it in your mind by saying the following
"Confrontation Affirmation."

"The. GOV-POfJIERw.i.t1Lin me. U gJtea.tVL t:h.a.n .the. powvr. ~g me. .to OVVL-

POfJIER
with.in me. bJting-6 PEACE.to mymind and body."

As you use the confrontation affirmation, think and try to feel the
greater power of your GOD-MIND taking over your mind. Feel this until
you no longer feel any influence whatsoever from the weakness energy
of your mind. Whenthis happens, give yourself the following affirma-
tion.
"1 give. THANKS.to .the. GOV-POfJIER
on my mind f,oJt giving me.SELf-MASTERY."
ANOTHER
EXAMPLE
Let's suppose you have to look for a new job, but you have been put-
ti ng it off due to the1" i ntervi ew jitters," or because some weakness
energy in your mind has been challenging your confidence or quali-
fications.
To get yourself to go for an interview, use the following Confronta-
tion Affirmation.
"The. GOV-POO1ER w.i..thi.n.e. U q-tea.tVL t:h.a.ntiitIj f,e.eLi.ng of, ~e.ln-dou.b.t

VITAL POINTS TO REJlEJlSERIN THIS PRACTICE
lways begin your confrontation affirmation with the following words:
"The GOD-pm~ER within me is GREATERthan ." Keep repeating
his and attempt to feel the GOD-POWER of your mind taking over your
indo After you haverelt positive results, give thanks for SELF-
ASTERY.
