Responsible for the administration of an order once it arrives within Agfa from entering into the system, liaising with HQ teams, managing logistics, coordinating resources with PMs, input into the revenue forecasting process, liaising directly with customer where required and handling queries e.g. invoice follow up.

Accurate order entry into the SAP system Liaising with HQ teams to ensure correct specifications Managing logistics Coordinating resources with PMs to ensure right resources available at right time Input into the revenue forecasting process Liaising directly with customer where required and handling queries e.g. invoice follow up Accurate and timely invoicing and follow in event of payment issues Managing payments, purchase requisitions etc. to 3rd party vendors

Education
Experience Experience in dealing with customers, SAP AP6, PS experience would be valuable (or proven ability to work with such systems) Experience in managing small projects desirable Specific skills
(core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
Excellent organisation skills essential Interpersonal skills to deal with internal colleagues as well as external customers Good IT skills e.g. MS Office, etc.
