OFFER LETTER FOR DU AT PUNE (WAGHOLI) FOR WAITLISTED REGISTRANTS OF PUNE HADAPSAR PH-II

We have pleasure in informing you that under mentioned type of DUs are being

offered at Pune. You will be bound by all the rules, terms and conditions as laid down in the AWHO Master Brochure-Jul 87 (as amended) and bye-laws of the State authorities concerned. This offer is also subject to any amendments that may be made to AWHO Master Brochure Jul 87 (as amended) in future, as also to the applicable bye-laws of the State / Land allotting authorities. 1. The above figures do not incl escalation cost and various taxes which will only be intimated after finalization of contract. 2. 3. The type of DUs and super areas are tentative. As per AWHO revised eligibility rule JCOs/OR can apply for SFA,MDA & DXA ONLY.

The figures indicated in Para 1 above are exclusive of escalation and taxes (as

applicable) and the exact construction parameters. The final costing would be indicated after the conclusion of the contracts and the same shall be reflected in our booking letter/technical brochure. Action by Waitlisted Registrants. 3. You are required to convey your willingness alongwith 3 choices of type of DU (in

order of preference) by 30 Jun 2012. Any delay on account of postal/other reasons will not be acceptable. 4. For your information, a spot scheme has also been announced for fresh applicants.

Waitlisted registrants who convey their willingness by 30 Jun 2012 (as in para 3 above) will be placed in higher seniority vis a vis spot scheme applicants. In case you do not wish to opt for the scheme or we do not receive your willingness alongwith DU choices by 30 Jun 2012, you will not be considered for the scheme and will continue to remain waitlisted in Pune (Hadapsar PH-II). On receipt of willingness, booking letters for recovery of part cost will be issued to all interested registrants as per para 3 above. Part Cost 5. The completion of the project is likely to take approximately 04 years as visualized

now. payment schedule will be intimated later as and when the tender for construction is accepted and the cost is finalised. Accordingly, you will be required to remit further
