No ordinary ordinations
On Sunday 1st of July, Springfields very own curate, Donna Lazenby, is going to be priested at Croydon Parish Church. It would be great to go along and support her on this momentous occasion, so please mark it in your diary. Please pray for Donna as she prepares, and also pray for Sue Cooke who is being ordained in Berkshire the day before.

Welcome to our Service, particularly if you are with us for the first time today. Please do join us for tea and coffee after the service. There is a welcome desk in the foyer with more information about the churchs activities

RUSH news
Andrew and Lucy have sent a wonderful letter with all the latest news from RUSH, the major charity that Springfield supports. Will has posted it on his blog, and your smartphone can access it directly from the QR code on the right. Otherwise go to willcookson.wordpress.com or from the link on the front page of the Springfield website There are also some hard copies on the welcome desk if you prefer. If you would like details of sponsoring a child through RUSH, please contact Wendy Littlemore who co-ordinates this .

Emu thanks
The Emu cell would like to thank everyone who supported their recent walk to raise funds for their charity, St Raphaels Hospice. So far over 1,000 has been raised- a fantastic result.
