Re porting Line-Manager Job Title: Operations Performance Manager Position c ategory (tick just ONE option) Execution Position (is the position wit h no direct reports). Quality Execution Position (execution position dealing 100% with ISO, SOX, procedures & policies)) Managerial Position (is the position with direct reports) Quality Managerial Position (manageri al position dealing 100% with ISO, SOX, procedures & policies)) Job Purpose: (1-2 phrases summarizing the job scope in the organization) Contributes to the ensuring of a consistent reporting system, by presenting an actual, reali stic image, in terms of quantity and quality, of the network functionality and evolution. Main responsibilities and activities specific to the Position : 1.1. Execution Responsibilities/Activities (to be filled-in for all the p ositions) 1.1 Operational (incl. Planning): Extract and aggregate raw par ameters from different network equipment types or from other teams, parameters p rocessing, storage of relevant information, report generation and distribution Detection, analysis and interpreting of some problems or evolution tendencies wi thin the network, starting from available data At Group level, insuring the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for reporting specific KPIs regarding Technology Dept. Initiation of new indicators or reporting forms; improving of existing reports/in dicators, in collaboration with other expertise centers from the Company; evalua ting and answering the clients requests to access reporting forms or obtain anali ses based on various parameter sets. Updating the Descriptive Catalogue of Statistics Reports and the Work Instruction s set. Improving efficiency by the enhancing of processing and checkup methods, instrume nts and models Presenting the past, present and future evolution (forecast) of the Orange Romani a network, through parameters describing the capacity, usage, quality and perfor manceincluded in various reporting forms, regular (daily, weekly, monthly, daily ) and on demand Computing of indicators reflecting the activities of some Teams from Technology D ept. (TUC, TTR ) 1.2 Preparing Reports: Issue regularly reports and update towards superior management Prepare performance dashboards for Technical department 2. Managerial Responsibilities/Activities (to be filled-in only for manage rial positions) 2.1. Team Coordination: (eg goals setting, activity monitorin g; KPIs follow-up; dead-lines monitoring etc) 2-3-4 relevant tasks to this res ponsibility 2.2 Direct Reports Development: (eg coaching, mentoring, inductio n, delegation of tasks& authority, job rotation, career pathing, direct report s participation in trainings/conferences/seminars...) 2-3-4 relevant tasks to this responsibility 2.3 Strategy Elaboration (incl.
