Introduction and Business Background

People nowadays are more time-starved than ever and thus, food trucks will serve that fundamental need of people. We all know that food truck is a mobile venue that sells food. We will provide foods that are simple and straightforward, at the fastest time and at the most reasonable price. Our target customer base is at colleges, campuses and offices and areas where fast-serving restaurants aren't viable. Also, other targets are food bazaars and community events. In conclusion, our feasibility study will offer something that will always be appealing to the public and that is convenience.

Company Organization: Steak me Home Corporation

We prefer Corporation over Partnership because of the following reasons: 1. Although Corporations are subject to greater regulations, control and supervision by the government it is still worthwhile because corporations may exist for a period not longer than 50 years (subject to renewal). Unlike in partnerships, withdrawal, insolvency, death of partners dissolves partnerships. 2. A corporation has the greatest capacity to raise capital. 3. Transferring the ownership interests of a corporation is easier. 4. Shareholders in a corporation are not liable for corporate debts (limited liability concept).

Business Concept Description:

With the present economic spectrum, the mobile food business will surely ease barriers of entry into the restaurant business. Mobile food has low overhead, lower initial investment and risks. But the physical mobility of mobile food allows it for a broader market base and potential access to many locations and appetites that dont have otherwise access to meals. Also, there exists a growing necessity for a quick meal that is not processed. Hence, the direct mode of distribution to the customer provided by mobile food will serve that need. Moreover, our mobile food will abide to appropriate regulations, permit laws and not to mention safe food to prohibit unsanitary conditions. And as the food truck trend becomes a trend across the world, also is the four wheeled Steak Me Home. It will hit the pavement to serve the best cheese steaks and Panini to a hungry crowd. The food to be served by Steak Me Home will be a power of bold flavors guaranteed to beat the time-starved customers. Thus, to answer the deep primal cravings of Filipinos, one meal will stand alone and that is the Steak Me Home.
