Maintain a good level of physical fitness by participating in a variety of sports. Gym training & playing football keep me busy on st a regular basis. I also enjoy golf and the occasional surf. Completed 1 , and last, London Marathon in 2007, in 4hrs 12mins.

A great love of music, gigs, street art, sporting events and Norwich City Football Club all add to an active and mostly enjoyable social life. Also passionate about photography but am just learning to use my first digital SLR!
