Avoid draft prints to the extent possible. 3. Check the printer and page settings before taking any printout. 4. Make use of both sides of paper for taking printouts 5. Make use of both sides of writing pads. Reuse Paper 1. 2. Reuse one-sided used papers for rough work. Place one side printed papers on papers reuse tray.
Recycle Paper I. II. III. Throw waste paper in the waste paper baskets only. Destroy paper through shredding if confidential & collect in waste paper baskets. Collect Magazines, Newspapers at identified location and sale them for further recycling and reuse.
