Hi Jaideep, there are different theories regarding that. First as it starts from Naga pahad which is in Ajmer so it may be Ajmer, secondly since the water of luni river reaches Balotra so it may also be the answer, thirdly some may say that as Pali's water level is lower so it may also be the answer and fourthly since Luni reaches not only to Balotra but it flows to Rann of Kutch so that may be the answer :) thats why its doubtful for me .
