How much time will this take?
We do all the work for you. You wont invest more than 30 minutes a month on our program to attend your coaching call and shoot your 2 educational videos.

What results can I expect?


On the ACE System, you can expect 10% of your database to buy from you or refer you after 12 months on the program. With 1,000 contacts, thats 100 sales.

Am I locked into a contract?


Its a 1 year agreement to the program because youre investing in a long-term nurture campaign. If youre not happy with our service, however, you can cancel.

Must I update my database first?

"I feel video is a HUGE way to leverage my time. If I can shoot a very good video and give it a great topic with educational value, I'll be ahead. I sold two homes this year in the complex (only 6 total sold), and from the sale I got access to the homeowner association directory that includes the names and email addresses of everyone there. I put them into my database and they received my videos. Just last week, one of the homeowners called me saying "I've received your videos and they are absolutely incredible and I want to hire you." The video and social media helped with this 100%. He said "I'm specifically calling because of the 'internet marketing' I'm getting from you." AND BY THEY WAY, that's not the first success story. That happens all the time. My biggest challenge is coming up with certain topics, so I just feel the market out and try to answer questions I'm hearing. Then, obviously, I must set aside the time to shoot video, which you have to be prepared and somewhat scripted by preparing for 15mins on what you want to say. I do about 2 videos a month, maybe more if there's a hot topic in the market of the moment. I'd say I typically invest a good 1/2 hour a month on all this, and I've gotten good at this so it only takes me one cut. But let me tell you, you have to hire the right team to make this easy. "What I can tell you is this, people say "Hey I get your videos" all the time. These people are getting information from me, and the next time they are looking to buy or sell, they are going to think of the guy they are getting educational information from. In 2011 our past client, center of influence and referral business was 53% of our income, and in 2010 is was only 42%. We saw a VERY STRONG increase in that business. I didn't really mail them a whole lot more, or call them a whole lot more, the only thing different I did was have these videos in place so I could 'touch' my people more. At the end of the day my business is growing in the worst market my area has ever seen. My tips for success? You must build your database as quickly as you can. Find everyone you know - get their name, phone number, and email address and get them into some type of contact management system. I typed everyone I knew into my database when I started, and very quickly I was getting business from these people. Once your database is built and you have a decent amount of business - look - I get questions all the time from colleagues, "Should I be doing this? Vyral Marketing has been calling me...etc" And I said hey - don't ask any questions, don't even think about it. Just do it. Just sign up. Stop asking questions (he's an analytical person). Don't question it, it works. Some people think oh "social media", videos, all this stuff - at the end of the day you're supposed to communicate with people you know in some aspect. All this is doing is communicating to these people. Get rid of the word 'social media.' Any good coach will tell you to communicate with the people who send you business. Any sales business is this way. I'll call someone who I haven't spoken with in years. I'll just say my name and they will respond "Oh, I get your videos!" People are getting my videos. Well what happens with me I get so much repeat business, it doesn't need to be so big. The first results I expect from all this are more referrals. The most common thread of all the feedback is "Wow, look how cool you are. You're so 2012." It got people talking. Then, if people feel my topics have value and I care about it, it will come across. The response has been all positive. I was nervous 2 videos a month would be too many, so I keep them really short - mine are never more than 2 minutes because I don't want to watch a long video. "Why did I make the jump to use social media in my business? Look Facebook is on everything, even TV commercials - everyone is on there. You have to go where people are and start fishing or you're going to be out of business. You need to use video - look at how many videos are hit on YouTube on a daily basis? It's just amazing. You put good content out there and people are going to watch it. We just did a 3-4 minute video with a home inspector we could pass along to clients. Vyral Marketing helps business owners to market inwardly

Vyral Marketing recently gave a presentation at the Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference (MWEC), held March 30-31 in Omaha. In todays world, social media can shrink the distance between two people down to the space between ones fingertips and a keyboard. Frank Klesitz of Vyral Marketing in Omaha has taken the capabilities of social media and put them to work for business owners who are looking to keep in touch with their customers and increase referrals. A business owner who uses Vyral Marketing will film short educational videos of himself or herself giving tips or information that would be relevant to their clientele. Klesitz and his team at Vyral then take that video, edit it and create a blog in which to post the video. Vyral also does the work of writing blog entries, updating social media accounts and sending the videos out to business contacts. Klesitz explained that his team is able to track who watches the videos and then use that information to provide feedback to the business owner. Vyral also sends targeted media and other information to the top video users and the business owners other contacts. To any business owner, Klesitz says there are three main ways to expand and grow a business: acquire new customers, increase transactions or get a customer to buy more frequently. Vyrals focus is to market inwardly, using current customers as a resource for referrals and continuing business. After a personal fitness company failed in 2008, Klesitz turned to the real estate business for a fresh start. He was considering a career as a real estate agent. As he met prospective homebuyers, he realized he needed a way to keep in touch with everyone. He focused on developing a list of contacts, and then doing his best to maintain communication with his network. By attending various fundraising, networking and charity events, Klesitz built a list of potential clients. He asked each person if he could send him or her updates regarding the housing market throughout the year. Twice a month, he filmed a video of himself with two to three minutes worth of educational tips or updates, which he would then post to his blog and send to each person on his growing contact list. Klesitz also posted the videos on various social networking websites that his contacts used on a regular basis. Eventually, he saw his method as a way to help other businesses grow.

I realized I could package what I was doing, Klesitz said. Klesitz attended seminars and classes and read multiple books on how to build the system needed to get his idea off the ground. He was very fortunate in that he encountered no major speed bumps along way. In June 2009, Vyral Marketing opened for business in Omaha. One major component of Vyral Marketing is the ACE system, a technique that the company follows with each client. Business owners should add, create and encourage, Klesitz said. By adding new contacts every day, creating educational content that customers will want and need and encouraging referrals and repeat sales with existing customers, business owners can expand their business using Vyral Marketing. As an entrepreneur, nearly every minute of each day for Klesitz has been spent seeking ways to find new customers. He has long asked the question, How could I possibly convince people to give me money? His answer: survey customers to find their frustrations, and then find ways to solve them. When it comes to entrepreneurship, so many people try and come up with a cool thing, and then try and make it into a business, Klesitz said. By identifying customers frustrations and creating ways to solve them, he explained that business owners could meet an existing need and further their company. Klesitz has also seen many business owners working in the front lines of their companies. To Klesitz, as a business owner one should not be doing what youre selling. Thats what you have staff for, Klesitz said. A business owners focus should be on going out and getting new customers, as that is where the money comes from to push each company forward, he said. Its in the area of finding new customers that Vyral can step in and coach a business owner. Small business owners who are able to educate with expertise are a good fit for Vyral, Klesitz said. Professionals who can create educational content that is useful and desired by their customers can produce quality video content with Vyral. With regards to the demographics of Vyral Marketing users, Klesitz said the age range of clients is across the board. Younger entrepreneurs may recognize the importance of using social media to reach customers, but they dont often have the time to do it. Vyral becomes a staff hire, Klesitz said. Older business owners usually need coaching and someone to provide direction in how to work with the various social media outlets. Klesitz is not discouraged by the constant growth and change in the world of social media. To him, it is only a delivery mechanism or even a carrier pigeon for communicating with customers. Everyone worries about what they say on social media, Klesitz said. In his opinion, business owners should be worrying about where their customers are. To do this, he suggests that companies take their top 100 customers, find what social media they are using, and focus their efforts there. Klesitz sees email and Facebook as two heavy hitters. If your customers are there, you need to be there, Klesitz said.

By Frank Klesitz I just returned from a speaking event in Sacramento where I had the privilege of teaching salespeople how to use social media for business. Of course, I shared the Vyral Marketing System: 1.) Add new people to your database daily. 2.) Create great videos they actually want to watch, and 3.) Encourage your contacts for referrals and repeat business. We call it ACE for short a proven way to increase your referrals and repeat sales from your customer database. How to Use Facebook for Business But you know what brought this audience to the edge of their seats? How to use Facebook for business. So in today's letter we're going to dive deep into the use of Facebook in your business to get more sales. It's interesting I attended Infusioncon 2012 last week, a conference in Phoenix on advanced marketing software (named top 25 industry innovator!), where I heard Gary Vaynerchuk speak. If you don't know Gary, he started video blogging in the early days of social media about wine and now has possibly a million followers and has sold quite a bit of wine through his web show Wine Library TV. In his keynote he shared an interesting story about the television broadcast. The radio personality, on TV for the first time, was speaking into the microphone as if he was still broadcasting on radio, while on TV! In short, the camera was on him but he continued as if he was still talking only on the radio, simply because TV media was so NEW, he couldn't comprehend it! The same goes for Facebook. When we set up social accounts, the #1 question I'm asked is "Frank, if I get a Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. account, what do I say? What should I post? How often? I don't have time for all this! Who's going to care?" But here's the thing that's the wrong way to think about social media. Rather, since you're a business owner and your job as a businessperson is to give the market what it wants, social media empowers you to quickly LISTEN to your customers, clients, and centers of influence the very people who spend money with and who will refer you and respond accordingly. Let me give you an example. I log into Facebook every morning and when I sign in, I see the updates of all our clients, potential clients and people that I do business with. I see what's important to them and what's going on in their life. It's like one quick dashboard that delivers instant insight directly into the lives of people I value relationships with. I'll go down my Facebook news feed and leave 'comments' on pictures, videos, or updates that I find interesting. So, it's not about what I post or what's important or interesting to me, it's about me continuously interacting (i.e. talking) with the very people who it is SO VERY HARD for me to get on the phone or see rarely in person. I'm sure you can relate. We're all flooded with email (that's why we use video for you so you stand out), text messages are interruptive and easily abused, voicemails are painful to listen to and the phone is rarely answered because it too is an interruption in your day. So what communication do you LOVE more than anything else? When you get a comment on your Facebook page, because it validates what is important to you! Plus, most people get notified on their phone immediately when they receive a comment on Facebook, so your message skips through all the clutter and gets through. Facebook Is About Keeping Relationships Alive So the first way to use Facebook for business is to talk with your customers or past clients in a very efficient way to keep the relationship strong. I recommend you create a 'list' in Facebook, just like a specific email list segment, where you keep all your best customers. When you log into Facebook in the morning, select your 'Customer' list. That way you ONLY see the updates of those who spend money with you not updates from your unemployable brother-in-law or friends of friends you met at some party you don't remember when. Takes 5 minutes and comment on the updates you find most interesting. That's it. Now here's where the REAL POWER of Facebook comes into play. Let's say you have a call list of your past clients, customers or sphere. You're going to invest a few hours on the phone today calling to ask for feedback on your services, referrals or encourage more repeat sales. And since you're a Vyral Marketing client, you're provided with the list of everyone in your database that watched your most recent video, so you know WHO to prioritize to call, saving you time. Also, you're sending educational content to your contacts with a newsletter like this, or better yet, 2 educational videos via email and social media each month. So follow me on this you log on to your Facebook account and BEFORE you make your first call on, let's say, Sally, you take 3 minutes to review her Facebook page. You see her son just graduated from college, they are taking a trip to Europe and she just closed a HUGE deal. Now that's important information. You pick up the phone, it's ringing and here's what you say: "Hi Sally! This is Maria with ABC Company. I sent you a video last week about 'x' topic and I see you subscribe to our blog. I also couldn't help but notice on Facebook your son just graduated from college. Congratulations! If you have a moment, I'm looking for new customers and I see you belong to this group on Facebook do you know anyone I should be working with in that group?" Now, remember, you are allowed to make this call and it's NOT awkward because you're consistently communicating with your database. You have a relationship with Sally and you're not just calling her or messaging her all the time when you need or want something. And Sally's response? "Oh, thanks for noticing! We're so proud of our son Danny! Etc...etc...etc....let me give you the names of 3 people to call right now that have the problem you solve and their personal cell phone numbers so you can skip their secretary. I'm also going to text them right now saying you're going to call. Go get em Tiger!" Now wouldn't that be nice?! So let me reveal to you what I do here in the office for no less than 3 hours every day. We're very happy to enjoy referrals from clients, leads from demo opt-ins on our website and prospects from events and trade shows. Before I make any call to a person in my database I first make sure 1.) I'm following up on something valuable I've sent them 2.) I have a personal, unique comment I can make and 3.) I have a clear objective for the call (set an appointment or ask for a referral). You see, too many salespeople follow up on me asking "Just wondering where you're at with your decision?" or "When are you going to meet with me?" Rest

assured, I will never be answering their phone calls again when they interrupt my day to ask me that. You see when you show up with VALUE to your past client, customer or center of influence, phone calls will be incredibly more successful. Here's what I recommend when you're making your calls, have Facebook open (just make sure it DOES NOT distract you). Quickly type in the name of any person you're calling on and spend a few moments reviewing their page. When you're Facebook friends you'll see more than you ever wanted to know about a person. During those 3 important minuets you'll invest before your call, you're looking for something personal to bring up at the start of your conversation. Use the F.O.R.D. technique (Look for something about their family, occupation, recreation, or dreams to comment on). Can't find anything? Take a look at their information page which lists their favorite books, movies, quotes, etc you'll find something there you can bring up. If you're a friend of mine on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/FrankKlesitz) you'll know this about me: I talk about marketing a lot, I travel all the time, I love house music and I find myself in Vegas way too much. When salespeople are following up with me, have I ever had anyone ask me about my latest travels? Our growing business? My thoughts on marketing? When I'm seeing my next favorite DJ? Or the latest episode of Always Sunny in Philadelphia or the ending of Mad Men last night? The sad truth is I only hear from most salespeople when they want something from me. So instead of hearing "Hey Frank, I'm calling to follow up on our conversation last week and I just want to see where you're at with your decision" I should hear "Hey Frank, it's Mr. Salesman with ABC Company. Congratulations on being named Top 100 Entrepreneurs Under 30 I saw it on Facebook. I'm also sending you a great video on how you can get better results on our program. Call me when you have a moment, I have a few ideas for you." Which follow up message do you think would get a better response? Again, if that salesperson is a client of Vyral Marketing, I probably got that call because I watched his video last week, so he knew I was already interested in what he sells. Can you see how a quick Facebook search and 3 minutes of time can make all the difference in your success? Now the last way to use Facebook for business is to post your educational videos on there, so they show up in the news feed of all your friends. I suggest for every 5 personal posts, you're allowed to make 1 business post. It's like showing up for a party and you only talk business (Now that's my kind of party! But I digress). Your contacts will have the opportunity to watch your video on a comfortable platform (Facebook) and it's super easy for them to share your videos with friends so you get the 'word of mouse' benefit. But there's an IMPORTANT REASON I mentioned this strategy LAST. Facebook is a tool to listen to your customers, referral partners or contacts enabling you to interact with them like you would in real life. Plus you can quickly research what's important to THEM before you follow up and ask for anything. It's not a tool for broadcasting out your message. It's the wrong way to use the media, just as the radio personality continued to look at the microphone while he was on TV! For example, the worst abuse of Facebook comes unfortunately from the real estate industry,

when Realtors post every listing and price reduction for the world to see (sorry real estate friends but I'm sure you can agree!) It quickly leads to people unsubscribing from your feed, or ignoring your updates. So, if you're going to post, keep it personal or educational.
