    AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

    I, RICARDO C. DOYDORA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a


    resident of Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly
    sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

    1. I am a graduate of AB International Studies at the Ateneo de


    Cagayan University;

    2. As such, I am a holder of AB International Studies Diploma;

    3. Last December 17, 2010 during typhoon Sendong, the diploma


    was irretrievably lost;

    4. Efforts were exerted to locate said item, but inspite


    of diligent search, it could not be found and the same is now
    beyond recovery;

    5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Loss to attest to the truth


    of the foregoing and to whatever purpose this may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
