    Brazilian pig roast

    Join us for our Brazilian inspired pig roast on September 26!


    The pig is marinated with citrus fruit and rubbed with
    a Chimichurri, then it is slow
    roasted in our La Caja China roasting box.
    There will also be some delicious sides that include:

    red beans & Rice


    Braised Kidney Beans, Steamed Long Grain Rice, Pork Jus

    farafo
    Scallions, Tomato, Cucumber

    pao de queijo
    Brazilian Style Cheese Bread

    Plantain Moqueca
    Plantains, Stewed Tomato, Cilantro, & Annatto Oil

    Abobrinha & Chuchu


    Grilled Zucchini & Chayote Squash

    Acelga com creme


    Cream Cabbage & Spinach

    sauces
    Papaya Salsa, Chimichurri, Salsa Molho

    The pig will be ready at 6:00pm. $30 per person. Eat until your full!
