OPINION OF
HONDURAN
INMIGRANTS:

WHO ARE THE HONDURAN MIGRANTS?
They are a large group of related people from
Honduras formed by more than 6 caravans of
approximately 8 thousand people each. Giving a
total of more than 40 thousand people.
A Latin American country with high poverty rates
These people who make up the caravan are
immigrating to the United States, passing through
countries such as Guatemala and Mexico on their
way, people are accompanied by their family.
WHY DO THEY MIGRATE?
Why? Because of crime and lack of
resources in his country, look for a new
life expectancy, better work and
maintain their family, even in the
caravan, children, youngs and old
people, walk with their families.
SITUATION IN MEXICO:
The immigrants crossed the border with Guatemala on October 19, currently continue their
way to the border with the United States.
Acrossing rivers, one of the most important crosses of this caravan was the entry in Tapachula,
the police let them pass only with their documentation and migration documents to Mexico.
The rights that are requested by the Mexican authorities.
Even with these blockades by the Mexican police, the caravan becomes a Mexican territory.
HOW HAS BEEN MEXICO'S DEAL WITH THE
HONDURAN CARAVAN:
The star of the operation on the south border was conflicitive, but after being in the territory
of Mexico, both the federal governments and the municipal governments, the management of
the needs of the migrants after the stay, such as food, health, bathroom, clothes, and in some
cases short transport, civilians have also contributed to the help of this caravan, to the results
of the second hand, to non-perishable food and hygiene.
ON HIS WAY
During the road of the migrant caravan they have generated many problems where they have
been momentarily
The garbage generated has been too much, the food that the authorities and civilians have
provided wasted, personal hygiene products have not been used, and junk food and processed
foods are preferred.
THEY HAVE WASTED FOOD PROVIDED BY
GOVERNMENTS AND INSTITUTIONS:
THEY DEMAND TOO MANY THINGS, FROM
TRANSFERS TO LUXURIOUS FOOD:
NAYARIT:
The help given to the immigrants has provoked not to support other Mexicans in case of crisis as
is the case of the state of Nayarit, which suffered a great disaster due to storms that hit, there
were floods, mud everywhere, lack of services public such as water, electricity, and food.
OPINION ONE
They will ruin the states where they happen
The plan they are in is wrong, the help is given and it is put in their bows, there is the fear that
they attack you, diseases that can bring us
I feel sad for children who travel, for children if they give them food, they are not to blame for
how adults behave.
OPINION TWO- IN TIJUANA
Causes destruction , assaults, in Tijuana they do not
accept them, for the people.
It is wrong that Mexicans treat them badly, it is not the
way to treat them, the Mexican also suffers this
discrimination by Americans in the United States, this is
not a migration, it is an immigration, using force, it is bad
practically it is an invasion.
They put more than 30,000 immigrants into Mexico and
do not deport them, they do not have papers, they are
illicit people and this motivated more immigrants to make
their way through Mexico, they could deport these
people, because they generate destruction in the country.
PERSONAL OPINION:
I think that a caravan made up of so many immigrants crossed our
country is not good, I am in favor of these people look a better
quality of life for their families and fleeing their country because of
the violence.
But the way in which these immigrants have behaved has not been
good, generated destruction,figths and leaving behind a sense of
shame, they do not clean where they spend their stay, they do not
think the people who offer their support, and they are only
generating that government resources are spent on them,
demanding everything. There have been cases of stealing, assaults
and strong figths by groups of Hondurans.
People deserve a good quality of life in their life, but the way they
have passed the facts of these caravans, are not good at all.
