Heat oven to 325° Place paper baking cups on cookie sheet. Beat cake mix with 1 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 egg whites on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour evenly into baking cups. Bake for 18-23 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
