(A) in paragraph (1)(B), by striking ‘‘and’’

after the semicolon;

(B) in paragraph (2), by striking subpara-

graphs (A) and (B) and inserting the following

new subparagraphs:

‘‘(A) a statement of facts showing that

there are reasonable grounds to believe that the

tangible things sought—

authorized investigation (other than a
