Instead of July 3, 2013, the hearing was actually held on July 2, 2013 in the NorthernDistrict of Georgia in the case of
AF Holdings, LLC v. Rajesh Patel
, 2:12-cv-00262-WCO. Afterreviewing the transcript of the hearing, there was one additional correction. The previous pressrelease attempted to summarize statements made before the lawsuit was filed, which wereslightly inaccurate. An excerpt from the transcript of exactly what was said is below:THE COURT: Did you ask them if they had any evidence of its having been used in anyway?MR. NAZAIRE: Yes, I did. And they said they did have evidence, Your Honor.THE COURT: They did have it. Well, did you ask what the evidence was?MR. NAZAIRE: Well, basically, a company they use – I believe I wrote it down – 6881Forensics and basically – yeah, basically they keep – they keep all the information and when weneed it they send it to us.THE COURT: Well, what did they send you?MR.
