§151etseq.(theAct),byengagingin unfairlaborpractices,isfurtherconsolidatedwithCase2-CA-115949,whichallegesthat MetroPCSCorrununications,Inc.(MetroPCS,andcollectivelywithT-Mobile,Respondent)has engagedinunfairlaborpracticeswithinthemeaningoftheAct.
