JOB DESCRIPTION
%he Associate Director of the Policy Analysis Center "ill "or in consultation "ith senior leadershi$ in the =ffice of (esearch, Ad.ocacy, and 'egislation *=(A'+ to set o.erall strategic goals and obecti.es for &C'(>s $olicy analysis acti.ities %he Associate Director "ill be res$onsible for ensuring the $roduction of high:uality, ti!ely, and rele.ant $olicy docu!ents and other !aterials in su$$ort of &C'(>s goals %his indi.idual "ill "or to build substanti.e de$th in a range of $olicy issues, including education and health? analy)e ne" and e!erging $olicy issues that affect the 'atino co!!unity, such as $ri.acy and the digital di.ide? and thin creati.ely in su$$ort of the de.elo$!ent of $olicy reco!!endations and solutions 6n addition, this indi.idual "ill contribute to efforts to $ro.ide decision!aers, co!!unity leaders, and

RESPONSIBILITIES

Wor "ith the su$er.isor and senior leadershi$ tea! to set o.erall goals and $riorities for the Policy Analysis Center? organi)e and $lace on a calendar a ti!eline for the $roduction and disse!ination of high:uality, ti!ely, and rele.ant $olicy analysis !aterials
•
Conduct and $ublish inde$endent $olicy analysis, as "ell as $olicy de.elo$!ent, on ti!ely and rele.ant issues for the 'atino co!!unity that are not co.ered by s$ecific $olicy $roects or e#isting staff
•
Pro.ide editorial su$$ort and guidance on $olicy docu!ents, including issue briefs, $olicy !e!oranda, regulatory co!!ents, $ublic testi!ony, and ournal articles de.elo$ed in the co!$onent, "ith e!$hasis on coordinating issue areas or assign!ents that o.erla$ or in.ol.e !ulti$le $olicy $roects
