based

owninvestigation
and
uponconversations
with
otherindividuals
involved
in
this
investigation.
I
havenotincluded

of
the
factsknowntome
in
this
affidavit,
just
those
facts
which
I
believe
are
necessary
to
establishprobable
cause.Where
statements
of
others
aresetforthin
thisAffidavit,
they
areset

FBI
Special
Agent
for
approximately
9
yearsand
I
am
currentlyassigned
to
the
TrentonOffice,
where
I
investigateviolentcrimes,includingfugitive
matters.
During
my
tenure
withtheFBI,
I
have
participated
in
numerousviolent
crime
investigations.

On
TuesdayApril
28 2 9
at
approximately
1:19
a.m.,
Trenton
Police
received
a
911
call
froma
thirteen
year-old
minor
withthe
initials
C.P.whowas
calling
to
reportthat
his
stepfather,
Michael
Martineza/k/aJose
E.
Delgado-Febres hereinafterthe“Defendant”),
had
stabbed
his
mother,YerikaHernandez hereinafter
the
“Victim”),
at
theirresidence,
659BeattyStreet,
Apartment
1
in
Trenton,NewJersey hereinafterthe“Residence”).
In
response,
Trenton
Police
Officerswereimmediately
senttotheResidence.Upon
theirarrival,
the
officersobserved
theVictimlying
onher
back
in
thekitchen
entry
way.
TrentonEmergency
Medical
Services T.E.M.S.)responded
tothe
Residence
andbegan
rendering
aidtotheVictim.T.E.M.S.then
transported
the
Victim
to
Capital
HealthSystem,Fuld
Campuswhere
shewas
pronounced
dead
at
1:51
a.m.
