Mark your calendars and attend a community drop-in meeting with Seattle Department of Transportation staff to discuss safety improvements to Dexter Ave. N, between Denny Way and Mercer St., scheduled for installation in mid-September. Potential improvements include changing the street from four lanes to three, adding right turn pockets and a center two-way-left-turn lane, and a protected bike lane to serve people of all-ages-and-abilities.
