the unlawful possession of any of the weapons ordevices listed in Sections 46.01(1)-(14) or (16), Penal Code, or aweapon listed as a prohibited weapon under Section 46.05, PenalCode.SECTION

A judge of competent jurisdiction may issue an orderauthorizing interception of wire, oral, or electroniccommunications only if the prosecutor applying for the order showsprobable cause to believe that the interception will provideevidence of the commission of:(1)

On conviction of a state jail felony under Section481.115(b), 481.1151(b)(1), 481.116(b), 481.1161(b)(3),
