ORDER REVOKING UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP
The defendant, Rasmieh Yousef Odeh, having been convicted of unlawfully procuring her United States citizenship, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1425(a), and pursuant to Title 8, United States Code, Section 1451(e): IT IS ORDERED that naturalization of the defendant in the name of Rasmieh Joseph Steve, ordered by the Director of Citizenship and Immigration Services admitting the defendant to United States citizenship on December 9, 2004, is revoked and set aside, and the Certificate of Naturalization No. 28483506 is cancelled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant, from the date of the order, is forever restrained and enjoined from claiming any rights, privileges, or advantages under any document that evidences United States citizenship obtained as a result of the defendant's Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate No. 28483506.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant surrender and deliver the Certificate of Naturalization in the name of Rasmieh Joseph Steve, Certificate No. 28483506, and any copies thereof in her possession (and to make good faith efforts to recover and then surrender any copies thereof that she knows are in possession of others), to the Attorney General immediately; and return any other indicia of United States citizenship in the name of Rasmieh Joseph Steve, and any copies thereof in her possession (and to make good faith efforts to recover and then surrender any copies thereof that she knows are in possession of others), including, but not limited to, United States passports, voter registration cards, and other voting documents in the name of Rasmieh Joseph Steve. /s/Gershwin A Drain HONORABLE GERSHWIN A.
