Soldiers Of Odin Canada Bylaws:Soldiers Of Odin Canada is a club and a non-prot organization.Soldiers Of Odin Canada is a Division of the original Soldiers Of Odin inland.Soldiers Of Odin Canada is a non-racist! conservative organization that see"s to "eep Canadians safe in their daily activities and also uphold and protect our Constitutional #ights! by acting as a nationwide co$$unity watch organization. %e believe that the higher authorities are failing the Canadian citizens. Between the allowing of illegal aliens into this country and giving the$ the ability to vote and drive! accepting refugees fro$ countries that hate us while Canadians are on the streets! releasing conr$ed terrorists bac" to their organizations to cause $ore har$ against Canada! and de$onizing anything that has to do with &uropean Culture to try and create racial tensions to turn citizens on one another' we as Soldiers Of Odin realize that it is ti$e to ta"e bac" our streets! provinces! and country. %e believe in protecting the streets with observe-and-report styled patrols! and if necessaryco$e to the defense of anyone who $ay need us. %e are the eyes and ears of the police in places that the police cannot always be. %e want to cooperate with local authorities to help $a"e local co$$unities better. %e will also host fa$ily friendly events and give bac" to the local charities in our co$$unities. %e have $e$bers of di(erent races! religions! bac"grounds! and creeds' but when $e$bers don the S.O.O.  he /ational Council will be responsible for voting on any changes to the SOOBylaws or any decisions that a(ect SOO on a national scale! $a0ority rules. 1ade up of the sectional leaders of Canada)s divisions.Divisions:&ach division will have a sectional leader. &ach province territory will have two. &ach sectional leader is responsible for their section. hey can decide how to split it up! east2west! north2south. Sectional leaders report to the /ational president. Sectional leaders $ay have regional leaders inside their area! the decision to have regional leaders is decided by the sectional leader. #egional leaders will be elected by a $eans of a vote of all $e$bers under that division.#egions: #egional leaders report to their sectional leader. #egional leaders are responsible for their region.  he /ational Council! divisions! and regions will have a president! vice president! secretary! treasurer! and sergeant at ar$s. his will be as follows:3#&S4D&/ he e5ecutive duties of the president are as follows:6. o preside over $eetings of their council! division! or region.7. o 0udge ite$s not covered in the constitution or in the rules regulations and report his ndings to their superior leader.8. o act as the personal representative of the club in the area of local public relations' as a liaison between the SOO Canada and local-law enforce$ent agencies' and as a connecting lin" between the SOO Canada and other organizations2clubs.9. o represent the council! division! or region in any club business contacts and to supervise $a0or econo$ic transactions.. o assist SOO Canada local o;cers in the interpretation of their club responsibilities! and to pro$ote club life a$ong $e$bers in general.<4C&-3#&S4D&/ he e5ecutive duties of the vice president are to assu$e the responsibilities of the presidency when the president is unable to do so.
 
S&C#&,#= he e5ecutive duties of the secretary are as follows:6. o record and safeguard the $inutes of the club $eetings.7. o $aintain the Club Constitution! recording any additions! deletions! or $odications that the /ational Council has decided on.8. o handle any club correspondence. #&,S#&# he e5ecutive duties of the treasurer are as follows:6. o $onitor and record the club>s inco$e and e5penditures.7. o collect the dues and nes owing by $e$bers if the local division has setthe$.S&#?&,/-,-,#1S he e5ecutive duties of the sergeant at ar$s are as follows:6. o $aintain order at club $eetings in particular! and club activities in general.7. o ensure that $e$bers adhere to club rulings! policies! and e5pected $odels of conduct when dealing with other $e$bers or outsiders.8. o defend club $e$bers! property! or territory fro$ outside threats.D4<4S4O/ &@&C4<& BO,#D he Division &5ecutive Board reports to the /ational Council. he e5ecutive board consists of those $e$bers who were elected as o;cers of the Division. he board holds regular $eetings set by the board. &$ergency $eetings can be called if a situation arises that de$ands i$$ediate attention. he e5ecutive board is responsible for:6. he $onitoring of conAicts within the Division.7. he application of disciplinary procedures.8. he evaluation of prospects and their progress.9. he presentation of su$$arized assess$ents of the overall club situation to the $e$bership court.
