Order

2003
Chief
Justice
Moore was
removed from
the
Office of
Chief
Justice
by
Order
of
the
Alabama
Court
of the
Judiciary
upon
its
finding
he
violated
the
Alabama
Canons
of
Judicial
Ethics
by
willfully
refusing
to
obey
an
injunction issued
by
a
United
States
District
Court
when
that
order
was
in
effect
directed
to
him
and
binding
upon
